yeah but they've had a couple of interviews with the mk team, perhaps they got some information from them.

I thought that the downloadable content part wasn't going to take effect until the the next MK according to the latest Gamepro. Not sure about the scoreboard though.

The MK team have said downloadable content (characters etc) not in MKD but will be in MK7.

I'm guessing there might be a scoreboard type thing but I doub the DLable content.

They said no downloadable content in MKD so that removes any speculation or doubts.

I like downloadable content, but for this game I want everything to be available right on the main disc. I would hate for a character to be "confirmed" and then have to wait to download them a couple of months later.

LOL. Well, since it has been revealed I can say that it is true. One of the info I received by my sources a long time ago was that downloadable content would be available and so would be scoreboards.

This scoreboards are supposed to be very big and will show the persons best strikes, moves, fatals, stuff like that.

If it has been "revealed" why has Boon never mentioned it in any of the video clips or interviews?
It's not the sort of thing that you would forget you had implemented into a game...

I have only read that it will not be in MKD but will be in MK7. I'm referring to downloadable characters etc.I would expect a scoreboard to be online though.

In my opinion i think an online fighter has to have a scoreboard.

I will be new to online play, downloadable content, I know what it means, but what would that include? Characters, levels, sounds? Any answer to thia would help. I knwo you cannot answer for deception, but for othe online games, what were you able to D/L??

On X-Box live you can download patches for glitches, lots of new levels, and maybe new characters/costumes.

MK247 this thread is a load of crap, Why because I asked about Downloadable stuff at E3 and many of the MK staff was there to say...NO...this is just a rumor as of right now. I would not get to happy about it just yet. The main reason D/L is out is because of the ps2. It would not be fair if the x-box users got to down load new players and boards mean while ps2 players get the shaft. If they do decide to add D/L then I will eat my own poop. Twice. LOL no I won't do that but I think they are saving this feature for the next game. DSB
