its not final by any means, its possible, but I do hope that they add a few new sounds. This is still pretty early for everything...Im with you though, ill be sorely dissapointed if they dont add a sufficient amount of new music and new sounds.

ohi know. i have a sinking feeling that they wont though. how much u wanna bet they'll recycle fighting styles? say look at sindel, she was using eagle's claw (kitana's style) if kitana isnt in it i guarantee sindel will get it

I've gotten so used to the voices being the same for everyone that it really doesn't bother me...
although it would be nice to have unique voices for everyone

Yep, I noticed that also. While they still have some time left, I do doubt that they will give all the characters unique voices. We can have faith, but we may be getting our hopes up.

I do think it wouldve been sweet if each character had there own and unique voice. Wouldve made things more interesting. As much as i would like it to happen, IMO the chance seems pretty slim now. Regardless, even if it doesnt happen, i wont be pissed. From everything we have so far, i'm happy enough.

Haha .. I laughed when I heard Scorpion jump to the familiar symphony of MK:DA's "Aieeeeee! Aieeeee!"

I am sure they will reuse some of the fighting styles (as they should, remember that MK1-MK4 had ONE fighting style for ALL characters .... HP/LP/HK/LK/Block!), but I do hope they assign them a little more appropriately!

Did you also notice Mileena taking her mask off is the same animation as nitara`s fatality? And i think Reptiles? Both from DA....they have at least 5 months...not hard to record different voices for everyone. Unless its too taxing for voice actors to go " ahhh.....oooooh.....oooof......oowooowwooowww."

If they didn't reuse the moves/animations it's unlikely they'd be able to have the same number of characters ready in such a short amount of time. Think of it as getting a new game (with about the same number of `styles` as the last game, but completely new), with all the `styles` from the last game thrown in, albeit mixed up a bit.

Everyone having the same voices and `celebration` animations in the last game was annoying though. Hopefully they'll fix this.
