Alright I think I know where they got their idea for Sub-Zero's new outfit...Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!He looks like a blue Shredder!!?And I'm not complaining I think it's wicked awesome.His helmet is exactly the same as the movie version of Shredder, go ahead check it out I mean c'mon.

I don't care if Sub-Zero looks like Shredder, how long ago has the Ninja Turtles been out? It's kind of ancient now the Ninja Turtles.

I do like the fur around Sub-Zero's neck, very original, now you truly get the feeling that Sub-Zero is one cold character.

The armor is unique too, did you recognize the chain mesh underneath his ninja attire. That too impressed me. Sub-Zero looks like he is frozen even more from the Dragon Amulet and his ways fighing have alot of potential for this next game.

I really like it too, it gives him more of a "Grand Master" look, instead of just the ninja garb(leave that to Scorpion) wink

Hey, TMNT isn't ancient... well, it did turn 20 this year, but hey, they kick ass!

And I thought I was the only one who thought Sub-Zero looked like Shredder.

LOL! That'd be hilarious!

Sub-Zero's new look is awesome! I could care less about him looking like Shredder! Sub-Zero pulls the outfit off a lot better!
