NUKES: Hey, what's up. Yeah, work has got me really busy. I am in the middle of restoring a 1969 Dodge Charger (The Dukes Of Hazzard car) on my weekends, as well. I have no idea when I'll be done!
As for the combos, I just started playing MKA again the other night and I was working on a few characters before I got really tired. I was working with Nitara and found that in her first stance, you can do 3~3~2 in the air, cancel it and get back in and up to change style and do it all over again. I'm sure it's been found, but I was proud of myself for finding it on my own!! LOL!!! Her air cancel is a little trickier than the others I've done because she drops so damn fast. It even looks like a weird frame animation glitch because one minute she's in the air and the next she's standing on the ground. There's no animation attached to her descent down. Plus, the opponent is pushed much farther away from her than most other air cancels. It made it much harder to get in there, change the style and then repeat the air cancel. But, I got it. LOL! Just for shits and giggles, I was able to keep doing it from one end to the other on that one cliff backround that stretches out a long way (not the falling cliffs one!!). I would never do that to someone else, but I was just curious how many times I could keep it going! Pretty messed up!!
By the way, that Jade combo for Deception has been done before by my buddy after I showed him the one starting in the first stance. It took him awhile, but he got it. I had tried it before but had a hard time changing style in time to do the sweep. But, that's cool that you posted it. Since neither he nor I record our combos, no one but our friends ever really see our massive combos. LOL! But, we don't care. It's enough for us to know that our friends remember us doing a combo first that later gets posted somewhere as being "new". It's no big deal to us who gets credit.
My buddy still plays Deception all the time. He HATES MKA because of all the infinite air cancels people do online. He finds it boring and not fun to play anyone. Even when players tell him before a fight that they don't do air cancels and won't do them to him, when he starts to kick their asses, they get upset and start doing infinites! It's a shame that that's what players resort to online. It's the one and only reason I NEVER go online anymore!!

CHECK: I may be wrong here, but I think NUKES was posting that Jade combo for me, since he knows how much I prefer "normal" juggles, over glitches or walls. Walls would be my second favorite! LOL!! But, I think he was just showing me how he got her up to 60% which, if I'm not mistaken, is the most for her without the use of OTG, walls or free throws.

erik! you talking about 332 in leopard? after a air transition right?? nitara is hard to air cancel. she has that same kind of air cancel that sektor and sonya and johnny cage have. she can also use her blood spit to cancel. hehe just remember that any time you send the opponent back to the ground they can hold block to stay on the ground. her air cancel normally used is in kama, start either with 112 or 332 then do 114cs4444, but its kick ass you use leopard with the 332 i have not done that before.

i found sheeva can poke 2 times with her 1 strike in shokan blades.

NUKES: Yeah, I knew about her air cancels in KAMA and her blood spit one, as well. And I know an opponent can plant themselves after 1~1~2 or 3~3~2 in LEOPARD. I was just excited that I was able to reach back up there infinitely!! LOL!!!!!!

you really like nitara it seems! she was very powerful in MKDA due to her being the only character that could top 100% in the middle of the screen.

i got all 4 hits of jade's 221cs to connect after 21u3 in bojutsu, but it only did 38%! the max i can get her to midscreen is 42% using air kombat. i dont think her d4 poke will help because its so hard to do after 21u3, her 23 damage has been reduced after launch.

Ya know, I've seen alot of MK combos, fatalities, and the like videos strung together...but this one by JFcalibur was very pretty. O.o

NUKES: She's ok. I just happened to be working with her the other night. I still haven't tried everyone out in MKA. The last two I worked on was Frost and Nitara.
I noticed that Jade's damage was reduced and I also noticed how much harder it is to do the "dn+4" before a chain. But I think I did get it off. I'll let you know. I'll have to look at my combo book.

the online vid was completed tonight.

it is going to be quite the vid. i plan on releasing both at the same time as a nice sendoff to the game.

after a short break from mka, a week or so, i will be back here to make all the lists, and include every combo for the lists i talked about, including the best ones for online players.

still alot to be done, but im looking forward to a much needed break.... 2 vids at once pretty crazy if u ask me.

so finally moving on, theres been some great new discoveries online for air otgs, online only ones, they will be released soon with the movie, but there is tons of more combos to be posted.

the great thing about this is they do more than acs, and can now save you the trouble of trying 2 acs in a row, and instead just do one ac, and 2 or 3 of these.

we developed the same rule system for these online otgs as corner only relaunches for offfline

a corner only relaunch would be

111, 111, 1134

and of course u can relaunch with another pop up, and do another set, but no second ac, by doing 2 or 3 of these otgs is the equivelent of a ac, so it would still be

pop up, otgs, ac, land, pop up, otgs, combo

or

pop up otgs, land, pop up, otgs, ac, combo

thats all, not hard to understand, moving on

but now the great thing about these otgs is u can combo after them or even ac!! you will see some great stuff online. also a list is already done for every combo in the online movie and just period for using for online!! it took a hour or 2 to gather but it was well worth it but remember this is online only, but there is some great stuff online, some of which actually beats a characters offline highs!! incredible!
