Yeah,I was thinking about the same thing but I wasn't sure about the other fighters' throw escape windows precisely.It would make the most sense if they shared the same escape windows as general throws in Tekken I guess.

It all depends on how many throws each character has, or more like how many different commands exist for a throw escape. If all throws, even command throws, can be escaped with the same throw escape command, then it kinda makes sense to have a small window to do the escape so that throws don't go from overpowered back to useless again. Did any of that make sense?

I'm about the most harsh critic of Midway and the recent MK games, and even so I have to say i'm very impressed, if all that is true. It's really peaked my interest. I'm not getting my hopes up too much yet, but i'm definitely going to rent this and actually see if it's worth buying now, which I probably wouldn't have considered before.
Also, thanks to Midway for listening. It's awesome, really. And see, we did make an impact. I hope everybody who told us critics to shut up or that Midway won't hear us is feeling kind of foolish about now.

I also wanted to mention that no story elements will be revealed at this point in time. There will not be any more characters added to the roster with the exception of that MEGA BLAZE boss character. He will also be selectable at some point in the game.

it proves that player 1can do things player 2, cant, i was looking for some sort of explantion to this, maybe not finishing the one side more than the other?
if you can somehow explain it to them yourself, that would be great
basically for player 1 when doing combos on player 2 such as on mileena or any female character, since her body is so small, some combos are just not possible
where as when player 2 does the same combos on EVERY character, the hitboxes are all the same, and size or anything does not matter
please, this is a huge glitch, even if u can just pass this along to them, i would greatly appreciate it
also there is an inf in choy lee fut, after u do 1, they cannot block after it, so u can u do, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, when timed right. if u can check that out with another player, then let them know so they can fix it, its the only one in the game

Great info Malone. When I read your other post, I didn't even think you would get to ask all them questions. Does the sidestepping feel exactly like Deception? I would always have trouble jumping because i would accidently sidestep and same with crouching.

I wish I could understand more about fighting engines but it seems it hard for me to concentrate because I have some kind of A.D.D or something and this impairs me, although I find it easier when someone is showing me what their talking about opposed to reading it. DAMNNNITTT!!!!!!!!!
I hope in future incarnations they back to using something like the graphics in mk 1 for a more realistic feel ( I heard something about 3d model scanning not sure what it is though).
Also maybe more realistic blood effects and violence would make mk alot better.

and also when they test for the free throws, are they testing online... since lots off free throws worked online that didnt work offline.
and are they doing anything to corrrect frame advantage, and balance out the different connection speeds?
also do u get a lift with fujin off his dart kick like in mk4??? and does the fwd jump and reverse jump the same speed, or does one delay more like in mkd.

That's right, NTSC and PAL were seperated for Deception weren't they. Bah! Here's hoping anyway.
This feels really weird, I'm looking forward to an MK game for the first time in a long time, a nice feeling.

Malone you did a great job, I'm impressed on how well informed you are and after seeing a couple of vids and pics from E3 my hopes have gone up on this game, but there are a couple of things i have to mention:
- Online gaming as you may remember had a total different feeling than the normal arcade/prectice modes, I hope that if they managed to fix the glitches Arcade-wise they manage to make a good trasnaltion to the online option.
- IMO It's a bad thing that Throw poppers have dissappeared as with the new Air combo system that might have given the game a great versatility to the combo mixtures.
-From what I see in the pics They have concentrated a lot in gameplay improvements and have made graphics stay almost the same, I like htat I rather have the same kind of graphics engine and better gameplay.
-Your summary of characters is deep ( as deep as it could be) congrats on that, I'm eager to test Rain, Sektor , Jinko and the Fat Ass pussy (<3 you Bo)
- You actually look like a Chris Rock with better attitude and a little bit buffer
