This is tough because both characters are... well you know.

Darrius would have to get my vote. Only because I hate Hotaru's default costume design so so much. Those flags are so -stupid- I can't take the character seriously. His hair makes him look a tad like Fujin as well.

But yeah, I think the fanchise can just forget about Seidans.

seriously though, I'd go with Onaga. I hate his guts but at least he could have some form of story. Blaze is kind of a one-time thing...although if we see some cannonism anytime soon Onaga might be a one-time thing as well...at least Onaga has potential
