when did she die in mk2?
when did she die in mkg?
isn't mk:advance just a gameboy port of some other mk game?

I think Mileena only died once. I'm not sure, but I think it said that Mileena was revived by Shinnok in Mortal Kombat Gold. I don't know but look up her biography for Mortal Kombat Gold and come back here.

OK in MK4 Gold (Kitana's ending) there's no actual death scene shown - she's just falling down a deathtrap :P (now it reminds me the Il Palazzo's throne room from Excel Saga)

guess not.

unless her MKG bio says she was brought back after being killed she never died.

i went to mkwarehouse and he only has mk4 bios listed

Mileena DID died in MK2, in her UMK3 bio it says that she was bring back to life by Shao Khan.

However I'm unsure about the rest(if she died in UMK3-or Gold) but she was indeed killed by Kitana in MK2.

The Kombat Pavilion has the MKGold endings.
And MKWarehouse has the rest of the endings.

Also, I don't get why people is saying that Mileena died in MKII, that's stupid.

i would say she only died once, after mk2 and brought back to life for umk3. i don't consider all the other ports like mkgold and stuff that weren't made by midway part of the true mk storyline. but you could look at it that shinnok revived her in mk3 (right?) to prepare for mk4, and they haven't been able to kill her since. that's just my opinion. just once.

well u gotta count mkg endings

thats how we get the whole goro being a good guy storyline going.


but if mileena died in a mkg ending, that doesn't mean she officially died in the storyline.

reptile died in a mk4 ending and he was alive and well....well he was insane..but he was alive in mkda

if her death in mk2 got carried over to mk3, and her mk3 death got carried to mkg..yep..thats to i believe.

lots of people die twice.

Kitana's Bios in UMK3:
Kitana is accused of treason by the High Courts of Outworld after murdering her evil twin Mileena. Shao Kahn takes it upon himself to apoint a group of warriors specifically to catch his daughter and bring her back alive. But Kitana must find a way to reach the newly crowned Queen Sindel first and warm her of their true past

Mileena's Bios in UMK3:
Murdered by her twin sister, Kitana, Mileena finds herself brought back to life by Shao Kahn himself. Her skills as a vicious fighter will be needed to defeat Earth's chosen warriors. Her ability to read the thoughts of her twin sister will enable Kahn to stay one step ahead.

Mileena's Bios in MKGold:
Reborn in the Netherealm and servant to Shinnok since her rebirth, Mileena finds that the coming battle gives her a chance to both escape her fearful servitude to Shinnok and avenge her own death. Knowing Kitana will fight for Edenia, Mileena ensures an easy escape route is left as she moves into battle with Shinnok.


Well, if the MK4/Gold really existed (after the MKDA, and with the sight of the MKD, I begin to have serious doubts tongue ), Mileena has died like minimum 2 times.

And writing of the MK4/Gold... Mileena did not have pupils... and in trailer it has... would not be Li Mei, that was turned the slave of Shao Kahn, and this manages to escape, and Baraka persecutes it?

OK, so it goes for something like that:
- killed by Kitana in MK2
- revived by Khan for MK3
- killed (again) by Sonya in MKA
- revived by Shinook for MKG
- fell down a trapdoor in Kit's ending (?)
- (MKD time)
Score: at least 2 deaths?

Yes, I talked about Li Mei.

I continue thinking that Li Mei had more argumental potential than Mileena, because Mileena will only be the evil clone of Kitana, condemned to die at hands of the original one. With Li Mei they could have harnessed history like slave, or that was united to the Shaolin and became the true femenine Earth Warrior.

who killed her in UMK3? in that case the MKA storyline(of Sonya killing her) is starting to make sense.

But we do agree that she died, at least twice.

She died in MK2 and was resurrected in MK3. We know this for certain because of her and Kitana's bios.
In Mileena's MK3 ending, it says she was really resurrected by Shinnok and sent back to spy on Kahn like Noob Saibot. After MK3, she probably returned to the Netherealm with Noob and Scorpion.
Although she seems to fall to her death in Kitana's MKG ending we get no confirmation that it actually happened in MK:DA.
We might find out for certain in MK6.

So, as of now: she died once. Maybe twice.

And please don't count the movies or TV shows. Besides the title and character names, they have almost nothing to do with the game.
