That is most likely a fake. BUT I could be wrong. Its very well done if it is a fake. From the shadow of Kahn on the floor, the white glow at the top of the screen and the actual model of Kahn. I wish I knew, I'd hate to get my hopes up and later find out it was a fake. There are many people on this site who would look at a picture like that ands say 'thats totally fake' while others will think its true. The sad part is is that wether its real or fake, that picture will create some flame wars. I'm almost sure of it. So I think people should be cautious of that. Its a good pic, and maybe, cross your fingers, its a gamecube exclusive character, or cross your fingers and your toes, its somewhere hidden in all console versions.

it's very well done but I'm not sure, cause all the characters in mk have to be in the same height due to the fatalitys, but maybe shao kahn is a sub boss and when you kill him he has his own death scene like onaga...good finding syclone!

Thats a pretty nice picture but I won't believe anything until I see it at an official site, like IGN here even. I am like Shang H up there. I got rid of my gamecube recently and don't regret it at all. Granted, the GameCube is going to have some extras in it. Whether it be fighters or what to make up the online, but even then, that doesn't justify buying the GameCube version of Mortal Kombat Deception. (for me anyway)
I refuse to play MK on the gamecube. The controller is not to my liking. I know you have all heard that a thousand times but it is especially for Mortal KOmbat Games. If I did get the GCN version, I just don't want to spend the time unlocking everything again. Its just already been done on ps2 for me.
The extra characters will definitely be a nice addition to a game without online play but for those with MK D on the PS2 or Xbox, I still feel that these two versions are the superior versions and will always be due to online play.
If a gamecube is all you have, then definitely pick up MK D and let us know when it comes out, what you think. I'll be anxious to hear.

I would rather have extra characters than online.. alot of poeple dont have it so I think that if they add all this special stuff to the GC just because people have online isnt fair. Alot of people have stopped playing online now anyway. jee I cant even have a 2player game with my friends because my second controll broke.... I want extra stuff.
