None of them will live. Cyrax will be destroyed, Smoke will die like a hero (most likely at the hand of Noob Saibot) and Sektor will be destroyed by either Sonya, Jax or Cyrax.
Though if I had to say anyone, it'd be Cyrax.

Still,Cyrax aint that great either.
In MK3,Smoke and Sub Zero were only able to capture Cyrax,not Sektor.
That just proves that Sektor is better and strongert han Cyrax.because he couldnt get captured.
Basically all of Japan now belongs to Sektor,he has like an army of Agent Smith type robots.
Cyrax-got captured,got programmed what to do,got stuck and malfunctioned in Desert for a long time. Got rescued and became human like thanks to his new team.
Cyrax still has the same weapons basically,his bombs,a net,and a new slicer.
The only upgrade Cyrax got was that slicer,otherwise nothing has changed.
And now that Cyrax is Human like and has feelings,i doubt he'd go on killing sprees like Sektor loves to.
Now Sektor,he has Japan,millions of robots under his command,and a friggin Warship!
He can just send out his millions of robots and they can all kill everyone.
Cyrax cant defend himself against an army of Sektors,they have rockets,flamethrowers,and deadly machinery.
Now Smoke on the otherhand,i really dont know what to say except that he'll probably die.

I wouldn't say that just yet, Cyrax is getting back his old moves for sure in MK:A like everyone else, Cyrax and the rest of the Special Forces can beat Sektor's Tekunin and Sektor fans should pray that the Lin Kuei doesn't get involved because if Sub-Zero's Lin Kuei does, it's all over for the Tekunin and Sektor.
He already beat him once, he can do so again and this time he has A.More power, B.power with a clan to back him up with an alliance with the Special Forces no doubt in this war.
The Tekunin will get destroyed if you ask me one way or another, Cyrax should be the one to survive because he's got fucked over too many times yet he's a survival.

I doubt any of the current cyborgs will live to see MK8.

I really like him, out of all, I think he is definitely my fave cyborg ninja. While his story isn’t as interesting as Sektors imo, theres something about this robot that makes him more special and powerful. I guess it’s the whole “quest to find my soul/human form and I achieved that so now I work for good” thing that gives him more depth then the other two. I don’t know.
The thing is, I think he will die. Probably with honor in battle, but he will fall. I don’t see Cyrax surviving unless they decide to develop his character further more to become Sektors most important target, making Cyrax somehow lead an opposite army against Sektors Tekunin.
If Cyrax lives, he can be greatly developed within the Special Forces storyline or the Lin Kuei.

Of the three, this cyborg has the most interesting storyline, very deep and full of potential to evolve to something even more powerful in the future. Like someone said, his name screams WAR, I cant see how they can get rid of him without making him shine for at least another game.
But then again, he has way too many enemies, a lot: Sonya, Sub-Zero, Cyrax, Jax, Smoke etc etc etc. Theres potential in Sektor, but he can very well be destroyed by any of those characters motioned above, for his Tekunin story doesn’t really depend on him alone.
A successor for Sektor can be created, a new character to lead his Tekunin army. So yes, Sektor could die as well.

This is a tragic character, and of all the cyborgs, the one with the most undeveloped storyline. Smoke just doesn’t seem to offer much for the future, his role has been limited, is limited, so he might as well just go with honor, that’s how I see it.
I absolutely love his new look in MKD, and he was given cool attacks and all, but I don’t see him living, of the three, I think Smoke has the most chance of dying. He should go in a tragic way, but with honor.

Alright heres my two cents, Sektor will kill himself i dunno why but some lame reason which sucks because i want him to stay. Smoke will live because we all want him to and Cyrax will too because of some stupid "heroic" deed. Personally i want Sektor to live he is a personal fav of mine but ah well...

I don't see many chances for any of them, all of them are in the middle of some of the most important conflicts we'll have in MKA:
Sektor: He is one of the many people that want to kill Sub-Zero and will have a feud with the Special Forces. Even though he is my favorite cyborg and has a lot of potential, I must admit that he doesn't have a good chance to survive. But if there's a cyborg who should survive, he's Sektor.
Cyrax: He is part of the Special Forces, which means that he'll have lots of enemies (Black Dragon, Red Bragon, Tekunin...). My thought is that he will sacrifice himself to protect his allies. I hope that he does something important before death, though.
Smoke: Since he is now separated to Noob, they have a good chance to be enemies in MKA. I'd like to see him killing Noob, but the opposite is more likely to happen. If he survives, though, I hope that he isn't just a cyborg under someone's control.

I think Sektor is most likely to live. The MKD stated he was one of the main designer's (forgot which one) favorite character, and his Tekukin threat has just begun. Even if he goes down his army will likely live on without him, in the form of a new playable leader.
Don't know about Cyrax. He seems to be in a very moderate postion at the moment, both fan and story-wise. Flip a coin.
Sadly I think Smoke, one of my favorite characters, is the most likely to die of the three. He'll likely either either be a "heroic sacrifice", or Sub-Zero will have to kill him to release him from his torment.

Sektor has also gotten more powerful, not just sub.
IMO hes a good char, and if he dies, somebody important id goin down with him, i hope he dies by a self destruct, or he takes off his mask before he does, i wouldnt mind it then, as long as he kills somebody important, hopefully cyrax, WAIT, cyrax isnt important, LMAO

Cyrax is important, he's the only cyborg right now with a sane soul LMAO..smoke has everyone controlling his programming lol, Sex toy opppps I mean Sektor has no soul, a plastic action figure LMAO...

Hopefully Smoke has a heroric death but if its something like Sub getting sneak attacked by Noob and Smoke goes like NOOOO! and dives in the way I am going to be mad because thats just stupid. Anyway I don't see any of the cyber ninjas living through this.
I think its going to be like The Tekunin and the Special Forces attack each other leading to Sektor facing off against Cyrax 1 on 1. I think Sektor will defeat Cyrax in a great battle and then order the rest of the Tekunin to assault the Forces. Then I think the Lin Kuei will notice and start fighting the Tekunin leading to Sektor being defeated by Sub-Zero maybe kind of like in the MK Annhiliation movie where (subsituting Smoke for Sektor) Sektor is shooting a rocket or whatever and Sub freezes Sektor and he blows up or something around that matter.
Smoke I see dying just like how alot of others said dying heroically helping Subby fight Noob.

I could see Noob about to kill Sub, and Smoke come to his senses and die defending Sub-Zero from Noob Saibot.

I would say Sektor has the best chance of survival. He has the Tekunin all around him. They can protect him and see off any threat ifd the going gets rough.
Smoke surviving may just depend on Noob.
Cyrax seems to be a free agent though he could survive also.

In my opinion, Sektor should never be unmasked. It would completely undermine his character, he's 100% souless killing machine and he has embraced that, there's not a trace of humanity left within him.

Ever thought that maybe Sektor doesn't need a soul? He's been doing fine without one. Slaying the Lin Kuei's Grandmaster and starting your own clan is no mean feat.

Cyrax should definately be the one to go on into Next-Gen. He's gone through way too much.
Sektor's not smart enough to get through. Sure, he's a great killing machine, but he hasn't got as much wit as the Special Forces or the Lin Kuei. With a well thought out plan, the good guys could easily take down the entire Tekunin.
Once the Tekunin are finished, Cyrax would be free to carry on his life with the Special Forces.
As for Smoke... he just belongs in the junkyard.

Im not so sure any of the cyborgs will come out alive. I believe sektor and cyrax are going to have a battle and smoke is really just a coin toss right now. Cyborgs are cool shit but i don't like any of there chances. Im guessing 1 survives armageddon max.
