he should have a more important part in the next mk. also he needs better moves, although his ground smash is pretty good. what do you think?

I think hes pretty underestimated, he has his own game(techniqualy) for heavens sakes, so yeah, he should get more respect. If you think about it, where would mortal kombat be today without jax? Certainly mortal kombat deserves much of its infamy to jax, and he should be in more future games, we defenitly havent seen the last of him imo.

I love Jax. Or lets say I did until recently. Jax in MK2 and MK3 was great. Jax in MKDA is terrible. That is not even Jax. They really do him a disservice.

Even thought i don't like Jax, he doesn't get enough credit. He has played always an important part with the special forces.

Personally I have seen enough of Jax. I liked him in MK2 and MK3-MKT. There were alot of other characters i would have rather seen made their return in MK4/G/DA than Jax. Its time to give us a new "token".

personally I think that he is a waste of memory. There much better characters to take his place like Jade, Noob, Kabal, Ermac......the list just keeps going. I believe that Jax gets to much credit.

Your right. Jax dosen't get enough credit. So I'd like to credit him as being dead and making MK6 his final MK game.

Maybe it'll happen!

I think that Jax never really had too much of a great storyline but fighting wise, he was good in MK2 and MK: DA. But it doesn't matter anyway.
Jax's best appearance to me was in MK2. I think they should have kept his face puncher and his waves. The air wave added in MK Trilogy made him much more versatile.

I loved the mid air wave that was awesome. Yeah MK2 Jax was great and MK3 Jax was not bad. But the whole lets make Jax ghetto in MKSF and MKDA is so stupid cause he wasn't in MK2-MKT. If they wanted a ghetto like character they should have made a new character not change Jax just cause he's black.

I never thought of him as a ghetto character in MK:DA; sure that was the look for his alternate costume, but that's just it, an alternate costume. He could wear it when doing a sting on drug lords or something. I hope that they give him a more military uniform this time, and I hope that he plays a bigger part in the next version.

With the way he talks, yeah, it does make him seem ghetto-ish, but I've never played MK:SF, so I'm only saying that based on the various lines that he says in DA.

Off-topic, is it true that he says "Would you like a side of fries with your can of whoop-ass?" when he attacks enemies in SF?

Jax FUCKING sucks. He's nothing to Mortal Kombat, and I couldn't believe it when he got his own game.
Infact, what the hell is the entire special forces thing doing in MK? I fucking hate it. It's all that metal-arms, special forces, guns and portal technology that started to fuck things up with the MK storyline. I wish they'd all fucking die.

I think Jax gets way too much god damn credit.

How did the special forces fuck up MK when it was there from the begining?

Jax and the special forces are great. Bye.

Zentile, shut up. Responding to the question, I do think that Jax doesn't get enough credit. He should get a better storyline next time.

I like the Special forces unit. It provides something we can relate to: a U.S. based military force trying to keep the world safe. The mystical elements to the game are great and its fun to have some realism too. Like the gangs Like Black & Red Dragon.

i believe jax has enough credit. he saved sonya in mk2 and is a founding father in the mk special forces which is a main storyline in mortal kombat.

I agree with born-again-vampire. The deadly alliance jax is disgusting. The second costume made me want to return the game. And the stupid taunts he made, and the fact that he had a machine gun strapped to his back made him seem too far out of place. I think that jax should have more of a role in the next game. He was a hidden character for gods sake.

I HATE JAX! i never liked him, well maybe only on MK2, but after that he seemed not appealing. I never ever have chosen himin the past MK games but i had to in MKDA because i wanted to get koins and stuff on konquest. I think he shouldnt come back. I think we have enough with sonya. They want the same objective, so just keep her.

I think Jax is cool, but his story line is fraying. I say, put Curtis stryker in the SF and make them do something. I dunno.

yea man jax is old and what not but sonja is the same they want kano dead he is dead but somehow is posessed with Lui kang so WOW what do you think that will cause, a whole lotta shit and without kano being there what will they do when they do find out it is lui kang? she'll start bitching cause she didnt catch him ever and they te SF will be pointless so it would be best to leave it out completly

i could deal wif the metal arms that was him but when they brought in the guns and shit that wasn't him. Hes not the fucking terminator or anything. guns are not needed in MK but i still think jax could be important in MK6 as a supporting role not a main feature. The special forces did give birth to kenshi and he kicked ass. The blind thing just reminded me too much of daredevil. Yes i hated the ghetto alt. costume of jax. he isn't a street thug and if they made sumone loike that then that attire would fit him (liked the MK bling though that was cool)
