I think it would be great to see Fujin come back, since he's supposed to be Earth's protector now and Raiden can maybe sit this one out!

Your thoughts?
True. I kinda hope he ruturns

Well where was Fujin in MKDA if he was protecter of Earthrealm? You know his ending could not have happened.

Besides that, I want Fujin to return even if his abilities are similar to Ermac/Kenshi.

i think his ending did happen. raiden says at the beginning of mkda that he "relinquished his vows as elder god" which means raiden's ending happened and thus fujin took his place as protector of earth

Fujin should return! i thought he had way more potential than quan chi, who was the only one in mkda that was in mkm and mk4. bleh quan is pooh

I still have a theory that he got killed for more than 1 reason.Main one being a majority of the God's were slaughtered. He has potential, but I am indecisive on whether I want him to come back.

Thats the question we all want to know is what happened to Fujin thats why I want him back-- it is very likely he became the protector of Earth because he became a Elder God, somebody else had to do it and MK4 suggests Raiden choose Fujin.

I do I do. Some ppl say if Fujin was protector of earth then where was he in MK:DA. My Guess is that he was on Earth protecting it. RAiden was no longer an elder god or protector of Earth so he was free to do what he wanted.
I want to see fujin with a huge badass red cape.

Fujin was kickass and I too want him back! But I do not wnat Raiden dead! He is my fave character after all! Fujin had a role to play but for some unknown reason he didn't play it. We need to find out why.

I hated Fujin with a passion. But if they made him A LOT better with better Fatalities, then I guess I could give him a second chance. The only way I want him to come in is if Raiden dies.

If it was a choice between Rayden and Fujin...I would prefer Rayden to return hands down. Unfortunately, it seems according to the character line-ups we have so far there is a chance he may not be in MKD.

In that case I would like to see Fujin make a come-back if only because we need at least one returning god from earth. And he was a character full of potential in MK4 that could have been better in a more thought out game.

If possible I would like to see both come back, but only if Ashra is NOT a goddess on the side of good. Three gods on one side is just not right.

I like both Raiden and Fujin. But if I'd have to choose between them I'd pick Raiden.

Fujin is cool and I wouldn't mind having him back. His baldy design should change... he needs more hair on his head (not a Zidane haircut).

I definitely want him to come back! He is the only character (other than Rieko--for storyline purposes) from MK4, who I want to see make a return. Some people say it's possible his story did not happen, well, I say, even if it did not happen, I thought that it was the most interesting ending in MK4. I personally think that they should stick with that story, because it adds a dramatic twist to the storyline. Although Raiden is my favorite (male) character, of all time, I personally think that he is played out, and I am curious as hell to see where the storyline would take the game from there. I certainly think that it would freshen up the series.

Fujin wasn't bald. You must be thinking of Sub-Zero's alternate costume.

I'd like to see Fujin return instead of Raiden.

But they were in Outworld in Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance. That's why Fujin wasn't there, He had to stay behind and protect Earth.

In MK4 Fujin had his hair tied back in a tight pony tail. He wasn't bald, he just had long hair and didn't want it getting tangled in the wind or fight.

Fujin is protector of Earthrealm. MKDA occurred only in Outworld. It wasn't his business. Once the battle spills over into Earthrealm, Fujin will be back. Hell, I'm almost betting on his return in this game, mainly because classics like Nightwolf and Kabal are coming back, and they're both Earthrealm warriors. Maybe the battle has spilled over into Earth, and Fujin will lead the Earth warriors.

I think Fujin will return as the protecter of Earth. I think Raiden will sit this one out because in his ending in MK:DA, it said he was now the god of thunder and that he had relinquished his status of elder god, so I think he's taken up a new responsibility.

Yeah, that responsibility is to protect Earthrealm at all costs.

I think the reason why we are not going to see Raiden is because "Deception" takes place in Outworld and Raiden stayed behind with Earth warriors Johnny Cage, Sonya, and Jax.

Fujin could have ventured into the Outworld with Kenshi, Kabal, and Sub-Zero to launch an attack on the Dragon King and await help from Raiden back at Earth as soon as they know for sure that the Dragon King won't invade Earth during Raiden's absence from that realm.
