I agree, i was gonna say the same thing.

Shinnok got a great potential but his moves sucked ass in MK4.

Reiko looks cool but his story suck, i hope itll get better in MKA.

Stryker just suck, he look like a fat cop and is just lame with a lame story.

i have always loved reiko and shinnok is pretty kool..

i never really liked stryker because he is a pussy..

Stryker is pretty cool but it is kinda weird to put a cop in mk and shinnok diden't have many moves but he looked cool and Reiko had a mysterious story and he looked cool but he made an apperence in the worst version of the game ( other than special forces).

I really like Stryker. He's a believable character. He has no insanely ridiculous moves or fatalities, he's a normal mortal, and that's something that MK lacks. His new costume also makes him look badass.

I think it was the image that made you all feel that way, not him. I myself think his previous attire sucked ass, tits, and crackers. However, his story was good, his moves were good, and none of you can possibly say that a bomb in a ribcage sucks.

I think Stryker is very Underated and gets more shit than he deserves..

I like the idea of your Average guy going up against Ninjas, Robot's, Monsters and Horse People ETC..

Im very happy to see him Back. Though i hope to use his MK3 outfit more than the new one..

out of the three i only hate two and thats stryker he just looked daft the best thing he had goin 4 him was that fatality with the bomb i laughed hard when i saw that the other is shinnok im sorry but im a huge shang tsung fan and he insulted that characters legacy in my opinion. As for reiko i liked him hard to use but looked cool nice fatality wiv shurikens aswell.

Now, if you Anti-Stykers didn't like him then, I'm going to see if you like the attire I'm about to describe:

He has a f**king hair cut! Yey!
He has a SWAT suit - it doen't SWAT on the back, but you can tell that it's a swat suit - with blue streaks in it. He also has his legendary nightstick and his M-17 strapped to his back. He also has this somewhat odd yet cool-looikng five o' clock shadow.

That's about it.

Stryker has potential, if they'd give him a proprer storyline. Aculeus has a great bio and render of him.

Stryker has always seemed to be the most "modern" MK character, especially with his MKA Render. He's gonna look so bad-ass fighting against someone like Shinnok.

i like stryker, most becase he's just a normal guy with no real powers going up agesnt robots and minataors, he's the underdog, and i think some of us can relate to that.

shinnok broke the 'cardnal rule' in mk. by cardal rule i mean the 'look' of mk..the charaters have barrowed alot of eastern mytos..everything is eastern/asian or ameracan..shinnok has a very egptain look, making him far more interesting as contrast to shang and kintaro.

rinko..to tell you the truth..i've never realy cared for him..he looked..kinda bland..same reson i hate kai..but with him it's a bit differnt..him in shao-khan's helment in his ending interested me, i'm a bit currous as to what that's about..but that's abbout it.

Shinnok started out great: intriguing background and storyline, regal-looking appearance (gives you the feeling that the IS an Elder God, to a degree)...and then they fucked him up by turning him into a Shang Tsung wannabe. He didn't even have any original moves, or even MORPHED into the characters; he just took their moves, and that was it. Very disappointing.

Reiko was mediocre, all around. He was too much like Noob Saibot (which he replaced) in appearance and moves to be all that (similar to Jarek and Kai), and the Shao Kahn controversy didn't really help matters.

Stryker is an underdog. He was a cheap-ass character to fight with in the game, and I liked the whole 'fish out of water' scenario that they gave him. However, they already did this scenario with Sonya in the original game, and unlike her, Stryker had no growth as a character; he just went back to his duties as if nothing ever happened, in the end. He was TOO Plain Jane for fans, unfortunately, and that's what killed his popularity.

Actually......i like all three of them characters.....my fave character, Sheeva doesn't seem to popular either. I know how you feel!
