I have not heard one word or pic of evidence to suggest she would be in Deception, so no.

I dunno, why would they just come op with her just for MK:DA for the GBA? Doesn't make sense.. I think the MK team will implement her in MKD.. how I can not say.. maybe playable, maybe not playable.. realy don't know..

It's been rumored that Sareena will be in Deception although I haven't heard anything beyond that.
I'm still hoping she'll make it in. I stated many times before, but I personally hope she doesn't betray Sub-Zero. That's way too predictable and I think she has much more potential as a good guy than evil.

Well...I have a feeling that she'll be in Mortal Kombat: Deception. If Sektor and Noob Saibot are going to be in MKD, then why can't Sareena be in the game as well?

I don't know if Sareena will be in this game or not. Sareena would fit in with Sub-Zero's story and that is about it.

I have not seen one sign of Sareena joining in the roster for the new game but very little is known about it. I hope that the next update of information may give us clues to see if Sareena might be in this game.

I think she will I still think she might be the demon Ashrah maybe hunting for(while trying to purify herself).

I think she will be back together with the other extra MK:TE characters (Sareena, Sektor and Noob Saibot).

I don't think anyone can answer this question except the game's makers. Why are you asking it? Who am we forumites to be qualified to know?

I really hope Sareena makes it into Deception, I think she would fight on the side of good for a while, but would have hidden agendas. I dont think she would decieve Sub Zero as such, just use him, and the Lin Keui Temple as a base of operations in Earthrealm.

Sareena good? Nah, she'd probably be in to assassinate Sub-Zero. Hehe. I like the Ashrah theory though, it would make sense. I'd like to see Sareena make it in just because she's an unknown, mysterious character.

I doubt Sareena would be good too, but she could still ifght on the side of good, with her own agendas. I dont think she'll kill Sub Zero, because he (or his bro) helped each other out in the past did they not.

I highly doubt she would try to kill Sub-Zero, after how she blubbered all over him in MKM.

Anyway, I don't know if Sereena will be in MKD, but I sure hope so. She is a very cool character in MKM (Haven't played MKTE) and I hope she will return in an MK game, so I hope it will be MKD.

Sereena didn't have to die in MKM. As I recall she got hit by some kind of fireball from Shinnok or Quan Chi (Haven't played MKM in a long time) and you just saw her fall into Sub-Zero's arms.
However, that was another Sub-Zero. Remember thye Sub-Zero from MKM was destroyed in the first MK-tournament and in MK2 his brother took over. That brother is the Sub-Zero we are talking about here.
So it would be a cool thing to have her return and help Sub-Zero out because she knew his brother. Or maybe that is just a deception.
Who knows?

Sareena dies in MKMythologies, her MK:TE Bios confirms this, and I think that Sareena tries to decieves Sub-Zero, because is her demon nature...

Edit. NVM, not sure if she died or not, but she is back. I hope she is in MKD, even if she is a secret character.

Sareena wasn't killed. Her TE bio said the shot from Shinnok destroyed her human form and her essence was banished to the 5th Plane of the Netherelam in punishment for her helping Sub-Zero.

That's what i was thinking as well. Noob Saibot is in it we know this for a long time. if sektor is coming back, you can be sure sareena will be in it as well, mostly going to add all three of the characters from mk te in to mk deception and going with the mk te storyline. like noob killing goro, and sektor going after subzero with he's clan. so Sareena will be in it. and others on the board who be saying characters will be in it has be right along i believe TemperaryUserName said sareena will be in it on and unlockable i believe if im not mistaken.

Ashrah hunts demons, so I guess Sareena might return to MKD. I think it would be cool to see that Kat fight! lol

Those three assasins, they were pretty good in MKM.

My fav was Jaataka.
