I'd love to play as him. I mean, he looks like he could eat Shao Kahn for lunch and have room left for 5 games worth of sub-bosses. But I fear the only way you'll be able to do it is with Action Replay.

I think I like final bosses as characters you can't play as. I want them above and beyond regular characters. You know when you get up to them that this is really an important battle and it will be a hell of a fight.

I still want to re-live something like the one-two punch that MK2 and MK3 had with Kintaro/Shao Kahn and Motaro/Shao Kahn

As the above poster stated, I think it's better left for the CPU to control. I hope he is not unlockable.. maybe an unlockable sub boss might be ok. Im still convinced the dragon isn't super powerful, you just have to use hand to hand skills to take him down.

Kai's body rip from MK 4 and I don't know if anybody remebers playing KI: Gold; Saburwolf's fatality he would unleash all these bats and the bats wou;d pick up the opponent in the air and slauther them.( you never saw nothing but blood gushing from the sky)But The dragon King can grab them, fly in the air a rip him/her to pieces with all the blood landing on the floor

I want to play as Dragon King and kill characters I hate like Kabal, Nightwolf, Tanya... NYARKK...

I guess it wouldn't hurt, to have the Dragon King as a selectable character, as a super hidden secret, or something along those lines.


Everyone here can admit though, it'd get boring after awhile, beating opponents after 3 or 4 hits.

yeah id like to see him playable. maybe after you beat the game with all characters or something like that. in my opinion all characters in fighting games should be somewhat playable, but not selectable right away (shinnok, deadly alliance). dragon king does look awsome, but i still like shao khan better. maybe its just because he is the reason mortal kombat started (and he's a badass).

I guess we probably need a GameShark to play as him

to be a fair and balanced game, the dragon king shouldnt be cheap. he should be a stronger character, but with flaws (less combos, slower recovery). think about how nightmare is compare to maxim in soul calibur, stonger but slower, thats how dragon king should be.

MK:DA didn't have crap when you unlock everything so I think the The Dragon King so be are REWARD for for unlocking everything in the krypt in MK:D !!!( and some other bounses!! )

Maybe, perhaps he should be like Eyedal from the Killer Instinct game. Selectable through a code or something. He was slow and had only two moves. I used him once in a while. However, boss characters aren't as much fun sometimes.
