Even though I haven't played the game or even seen it yet, I have a funny feeling that Kazuya's wife in the upcoming T5 will be a top runner for that title. I think I was told her name is Azama Mishima or something like that, looking forward to seeing what she can do.

At the moment though... I'd go with Kitana. Simply for the fact that most fighting game females have lived for about 20-30 years. Kitana though has 10,000 or so years of fighting experience. Atleast in my head, that would make her stupidly powerful and a better fighter.
