I'd be happy to.
On Friday, I was on my way back from my radio show when I ran into my friend Katy. Katy asked me to help her out on a project for her club, she needed to bake some sweets and make posters and such. So I go take care of that and I (this is where it gets a bit confusing, stay with me) strike up a conversation with her roommate, Kyle. (Side note: Kyle is a girl. I have a pic to prove it if you don't believe me.) So we're talking about a class that we're both taking right now and how we had a big paper to write and everything, and I start to look around her side of the room and notice that we have a ton in common. TV shows, movies, hell, she loves wolves as much as I do, and that's quite tough to do. So before I know it I'm watching a movie with her in her room, and we're still deep in conversation about anything and everything. Once that was over (it's about midnight at this point, I had been there for 8 hours) we decided to go to the diner with Katy and my buddy Brian (we saw him on the way), had a few laughs, and then I went back to my house. Not with her, unfortunately, but today we had class and there was more pleasant conversation.
The best part is that I don't have to worry about making a move on her before summer starts in 2 weeks, because she lives like 15 minutes away from me back home. Hopefully I'll be seeing a lot of her this summer

I think I recall you speaking of your recent girlfriend?Was there a specific reason that either of you decided to break-up with each other?Or had the both of you been together too long?
I'm very glad for you though,it seems as if I need to be searching for a girlfriend as well,being single since October doesn't seem to good,don't you think?I'm not really sure though,maybe I'm just feeling that my life is a little "Monodramatic" at the moment.
It just seems that everytime that I start to find one girl interesting,i realize that they aren't all that....help?

My only girlfriend broke up with me back in December. If you're thinking of the last girl I brought up, we were never together. It was basically a case of really strong feelings on my part that were not returned, but now I'm over it and ready to try again.
As for your case, I really don't believe in "searching" for a girlfriend or a relationship, I tend to think that these things just happen, if two people have feelings for one another. Basically if you're so intent on looking for a suitable girlfriend, start with those who you find lots of common ground with, then go from there. Also, chivalry never hurts. It's not dead yet.
