Anyhoo, I think it's more of a statement regarding not giving a damn, and I don't think it should be taken literally or seriously. Here in Chicago - and probably other places too - a lot of dudes say "Get off my dick" when someone is being nosy. That quote has nothing to do with sex, it's just a newfound saying. That's all it is.
