Anybody want to interpret a friend's dream?
had a dream last night--spent the whole night in the city. took an elevator up to a friends place. spent the night there. she had another child. this one was born with 6 fingers on each hand. and i joked on how good of a piano player she would make. the next morning i go home.. its summer time. i'm in london terrace. loitering in front of the pool building with friends and familiars. everyone was gonna ride their bikes except me cause i didn't have one. one of the kids offered me his bike and that he would stay behind. i said no, thank you. and then everyone took off on their bicycles.
i'm standing there. and a car pulls up some feet away from me. a little kid gets out of the car goes around and opens the trunk.
car explodes. but not like a typical car bomb. but the car explodes like a nuclear bomb. everything gets blown away. somehow im holding up in this little shack.
i'm holdin the door closed as tight as possible. theres a window on the door that somehow doesnt break. and everyones screaming outside. theres blood on the window. another explosion ensues. i get knocked out.
i wake up later in the passenger seat of an over turned 1950-something cadillac..thats halfway buried in the mud somewhere in the woods. i get out and walk up a hill.
mad mud and trees and smoke, etc.
i look over and the whole neighborhood is replaced by an ocean and some remains.
my mom and sister survived. theyre on a raft. like a hundred feet out waving for my attention.
dead bodies floating everywhere.
This is your friend's dream? OK, here goes:
City- Your friend needs to develop closer ties in their relationships.
Elevator (going up)- Rise in status.
The kid having extra fingers signifies power and money.
Summertime represents growth, knowledge, and maturity.
Seeing bikes in a dream means that your friend needs to devote more time to recreation.
However, seeing a nuclear explosion represents helplessness or loss of control.
Your friend was in a shack, which means that he/she needs to expand their horizons.
Looking out the window and seeing more explosions means that your friend has a pretty bleak outlook on life.
Being in the passenger seat of the car signifies that your friend is a passive person.
Smoke means that your friend is suffering from anxiety about something. Trees signify hope, however the mud means frustration.
I'll assume the ocean was created by a tsunami, and that means that your friend is overwhelmed by something.
Seeing your own mother in a dream represents the nurturing side of your character, and seeing your sister brings light to some aspect of a relationship with her, be it rivalry, compassion, whatever.
