Does anyone know where you can sign up to be one of those background characters in a movie that are simply their to populate the scene? The city is blocking off the block next to me for filming and seeing how I'd like to work in the film industry (Editor or Director of Photography), I think this would be a good experience for me to see how a set is run.
I'm assuming Jerrod has some info on this yes?

Very little, to be honest. I've done so little background work, I could count on one hand and still have fingers left over. Background work is okay for making connections, but the problem is that it keeps you there for a while if you do it for a show, and considering it's my goal to be a main character, the last thing I need is to be associated with background, so I avoid it like the plague. It does pay decently, but you have to be available for a good part of a day, spending a lot of time waiting.
With that being said, the only piece of advice I can offer if you want to moonlight as a background person is if the company asks for a cover charge, it's a scam. Don't let any of their reasoning fool you, as they are paid to find people to fill a scene. Maybe check the newspapers to see if there's anybody looking for background people for paid gigs. LA Casting tends to have a lot of requests but you have to pay to join the site. On the plus side, at 100$ for six months + fee for uploading a photo of yourself, you can make the money back rather quickly.

I get e-mails on that stuff all the time. Always asking for extras. I don't know why I don't look at them.

From where?
Something called "GotCast".
I don't know if it's legit or not. Just got another one for Season 7 of America's Got Talent. A previous one was asking for extras on a comedy movie or something. Forgot because I deleted it afterwards.
I wonder if it's normal for your flaccid penis to be significantly smaller the next day after a night out of heavy drinking and/ or drug use. I guess it's like shrinkage, but without the cold environment. I guess that is your body saying hey stop abusing these substances so recklessly, or something.

Any sort of feedback would be nice. I know I could probably talk a bit more, but it takes some getting used to doing commentary like this. I'm not aiming for something necessarily funny or informative; whatever happens will happen.
I'll fix the brightness for the next episode.

Could you tell me what little gadgets you use when you do these? Nice video BTW, very clear, gave info about the game, voice isn't annoying, calm yet funny commentary, I like it. Keep it up.

Gadgets? I recorded the audio with an Audio-Technica USB condenser mic, which actually belongs to my friend. I do the commentary live and record it with Audacity. The gameplay is recorded at 720p resolution with Fraps, which also records the game audio. I edit with Sony Vegas Pro 9.
If that answers your question.
Also, parts 2 and 3 being edited at the moment.

Best way to make sure it's a scam site? Use Google, type in the site's name, then type in "scam" and see what comes up. With that being said, yes, GotCast is full of shit.

I haven't seen one Halloween show/commercial on t.v.

Harold, it's Bateman, Patrick Bateman. You're my lawyer so I think you should know: I've killed a lot of people. Some girls in the apartment uptown uh, some homeless people maybe 5 or 10 um an NYU girl I met in Central Park. I left her in a parking lot behind some donut shop. I killed Bethany, my old girlfriend, with a nail gun, and some man uh some old faggot with a dog last week. I killed another girl with a chainsaw, I had to, she almost got away and uh someone else there I can't remember maybe a model, but she's dead too. And Paul Allen. I killed Paul Allen with an axe in the face, his body is dissolving in a bathtub in Hell's Kitchen. I don't want to leave anything out here. I guess I've killed maybe 20 people, maybe 40. I have tapes of a lot of it, uh some of the girls have seen the tapes. I even, um... I ate some of their brains, and I tried to cook a little. Tonight I, uh, I just had to kill a LOT of people. And I'm not sure I'm gonna get away with it this time. I guess I'll uh, I mean, ah, I guess I'm a pretty uh, I mean I guess I'm a pretty sick guy. So, if you get back tomorrow, I may show up at Harry's Bar, so you know, keep your eyes open.

Funny thing is, last night on Tinychat, some girl fucked her man (I don't know why) she topped it off with....topping him off.
It was awesome seeing regular people get their fuck on, but I'm not sure if it's something I'd personally do.
