This is just my opinion, but I used to be into rap until I joined a band and saw just how much more difficult and complex rock music is. Getting all of the members of a rock band in sync with one another, in the same chord, same tempo, and same rhythm, while composing original riffs, and chord progressions for a song, along with vocals, is a very daunting task. Now I'm into almost every form of rock out there, I even jam out to some Jazz music now, something I would have never done a few years ago. Don't get me wrong, I can still freestyle (I used to freestyle rap A LOT) but I only listen to about 10 rappers now. What's the point of listening to a song that you can't ever repeat in a public place, I don't want to tell someone my favorite song says "Fuck you up bro, looking at my hoe, slash you up from your head to your toe, fuck with me n**** got my finger on the trigger, one shot to your face and watch your body quiver, like the drugs I deliver, push you in the river, taste like old pussy you're nothing but bitter" or whatever a rap song might say these days lol. I'd feel a lot more comfortable telling someone the lyrics to a rock song. At least I can repeat the lyrics to the rock song without gang members or mothers with their children looking at me in disgust, lol. If I were to walk into the mall and recite the lyrics to a Wu Tang Clan song or any other rapper out loud how many people would be completely offended by what I just said out loud in public? A lot. So I just started to see rap as immature, in my opinion that is, and I know that not everyone has my opinion. There's also the fact that rappers usually act like children, with their stupid "beefs" causing them to kill each other all of the time.

In other news, I agree with everyone ranting about PETA, leave Mario alone. His suit looks more like a Halloween suit than a real raccoon skin anyway, and he's been wearing it for years. I'm all for the ethical treatment of animals, I love animals (and my dog's like my best friend) but PETA always crosses the line. They tend to exaggerate issues in order to blow things out of proportion just to get followers, they're like religious groups who tell you all this stuff about you'll go to hell if you don't pray just so you become a follower. PETA does the same thing saying radical/extremist things just to get people on their side, and just like overly religious people, they follow every word of PETA and anyone saying otherwise is treated like blasphemy. LOL, in my opinion that is

Could somebody do me a huge favour? I've very, very limited technology skills and I thought I might ask here. I know some of you guys do sigs and stuff but I didn't know where to ask, and since the fan submission forum's been quite inactive this is the only thread I could think of to make a request.

I've an assignment due in like 8 hours but I literally just need a 6 second gif made for it of Skarlet's entry pose (I found a video on youtube where she enters the battle in the Courtyard but doesnt unsheathe her sword, it would be perfect as she's in a bright arena but I was hoping I could get the full animation since Wakazashi swords will be featured in the presentation). Basically my assignment is on Westernised Ninja and Samurai and a lot of Mortal Kombat refferences are in there so I wanted to start the slideshow off with an animation of Skarlet entering battle. It's for a Powerpoint Windows 2007 presentation (because the computers in my college are very, very old).

If somebody could make me the gif where she enters in from the puddle of blood and even stop it and pause where the camera closes up on her after she draws the sword and poses that would be amazing. :)

I'll make it a 1280x720 and you can downscale it in Powerpoint if needed so you wouldn't have to blow it up an lose image quality if you want it to fit large in your slideshow.
