A company named Tobii has made a camera which allows you to control Windows 8 wth your eyes. According to the reviewer, it rarely missed targets and if it did, it was by mere pixels.

He plays an asteroid game here. The head tracking is a bit clunky as you can see at the beginning, but the eye tracking is spot on.

I'll be very surprised if it's "Komplete", and not just a re-release with all the DLC packed in. Playable bosses (considering they already have finishing moves and babality animations), along with a theater mode for story cinematics, and Nekropolis entries for DLC character would make this "Komplete", but I would bet large dollar amounts that it's not going to happen.
