Diets are lame, they are an ineffective way to lose weight, and fail at keeping the weight from coming back

Losing weight/getting in shape and maintaining that requires much more than just a timed diet.

You need to incorporate a couple factors into your daily life.
The key is a healthy balance of everything.
If one was serious about losing weight of course.

A couple of pounds is no problem and requires minimal change.

I don't understand all the "diets" out there that are supposed to some secret magical fucking fairy ride to being healthy.

Its marketing bullshit.

Also Ive come across a few people who considered liposuction and did not even need it.
If your over 500 pounds or near that then maybe that's an option for you.
But these people did not need it, it requires hard work and some arent willing.

First day of college was alright. Not that anything bad happened, it was just boring. I want to think that it was because I had plans after my classes so I will wait and see tomorrow. It's really nice having Friday off every week though.

You'd think that whoever runs these PACs would say to themselves "Hey, ya know, maybe this could hurt our candidate...maybe we should test it on a group of independents before we air it." or "Maybe we should have a fact-checker run through this real quick." But no, PACs don't listen. Obama want's us all to be gay married and having gay orgies 24/7, Romney likes to slowly kill old ladies by giving them cancer, and Paul Ryan tosses them off cliffs. And we get to choose between them!

Also, do you know what the most hysterical part of it all is. At the end of it all, no matter who wins, Romney or Obama. One will take the stage and they will say something along the lines of this.

"Americ- [cut off by applause] Americ-[cut off again] America has chosen their vision, what is truly right for this country. [applause with a close up of a crying woman] Just five minutes ago, I received call from (losing candidate) [Audience boos] No! No! He ran a good clean campaign!"


And that happens, every, damn time. They bitch and moan about unfair tactics, but play the saint when they win. But that's politics and progress is ...sort of... made.

My first quarter will be very easy. 2 arranged classes and one language 101 class which I might have some trouble since I hate reading with a passion. Wake up. Shower. School. Shower again (I have PE). Homework if I have some. Games or porn. Repeat.

i have never had to shower at school. a lot of times i wish i could tho.

It's crazy how much drinking and smoking can affect someone. Now I'm starting to despise weed.
