For me (regarding the soreness you had after working out) being sore is a sign I've had a great workout and will get some gains from it, but if you want to avoid excess soreness, try taking a supplement of arginine it'll increase bloodflow and warm your muscles better so you'll be less sore later on.
In lieu of the arginine, have a hot shower *before* hitting the gym, it'll have the same warmup effect. Works for me anyhow!
My past weekend was spent stuck home due to bad Canadian weather aka a Snowstorm...third week in a row I've not been able to hit the tavern for a few drinks and some dancing with friends now and it really bites.
Rented John Cena's "The Marine" unrated on dvd and The Descent on dvd, gonna watch them later on in the evening though. For now I need sleep.
I recently got Final Fantasy VI Advance and Wild Arms Alter Code F for PS2. I suggest any FF fan get FF6A and if you like Wild Arms or wanna play an RPG with an old west feel that plays like FF...then get Wild Arms ACF if you never played the original. I also got a new PS2 controller and its a nice transparent blue color, yay!

Well Pokemon Diamond/Pearl will be released on April 22,2007 for Nintendo DS. That is the only new Pokemon games that i know of that will be coming out anytime soon.

I can wait; GF didn't give Banette and Venomoth evolutions, but gave them to Misdreavus, Dusclops and Yanma? What's the deal there? Don't get me wrong, they deserved evolutions, but Venomoth was supposed to the be the main Special Attacking Insect, and it still didn't gain an evolution to at least be on par with Megayanma. Also, Misdreavus and Dusclops both gained evolutions this gen, but why skip over Banette? It's not like it's a strong poke, it needed to gain some more Speed and some more in the Defenses.
