and I've got a group interview thing at a Gamestop 2 blocks down the street from the one I applied to.

Going to see a place on Saturday... However, I cannot take it until December due to my signing that I need to give at least one month's notice prior to leaving. With that in mind, if this new place is worth it, should I pay for the deposit and one month's rent if it means I can move over the period of a month and make sure I get the place instead of hoping it'll be there for December?
