It was actually DArqueBishop's idea to hand out DPs to the person who CAUSED this thread to roll over to the number 10,000, which was Maggo. However, since we all want to be bitches about it and abuse not only the rating system but the user feedback system as well, I'll just remove the DPs entirely.

Ranks are supposed to be something enjoyable, and the 10,000 thing was obviously given because it was the first time a thread had reached that number of replies. But like I said, this is just foolishness. Perhaps if you don't like the rating system, I will have it removed entirely for it's current purposes and just do something else with it. This is exactly why I don't even know why I bother sometimes...

It is so much fucking fun to act out "Shakespear Reduced" (It's a parody of a lot of some Shakespear plays, it's SO funny!!) in my Drama Class. Man, I really love my Drama Class itself too...our Teacher Ms. McKevitt is really the only nice Teacher at my school, she's hella nice and cool...I have made so much friends at Drama too. But yeah, just...fucking awesome.

I've always been for the ratings system actually... I've always tried to defend it, despite it being an obviously flawed system. It's a system I believe can work, but not without a more understanding userbase and not without moderators and sub-moderators who take things more seriously than I'm now seeing.

But, if you'd all rather not have ranks decided by the quality of your posts and random gifts from the people who run the site, fine by me. I'll petition to have it removed until it is removed.

Lost was totally awesome, great episode. I cried like twice.

Honestly Bird, I know I said this on MSN but you don't have to let The Whole Rank And Dragon Points System be ruined by NOOBS. Again, like I said, even though there are a lot of people who try to ruin The System there are still people who are cool with it and don't try to fuck it up, I know I don't...

NO RANKS FULL STOP would be best. SPs and other actual positions which are more than just a stupid rank and actually have some modding power behind them can be determined on a suitability basis, but I think we could stand to lose that Warrior/Skilled Warrior crap.
