Hope i don't get in trouble for that.

I got a call about my job application, and i got turned down again. I think i'm just gonna do what Jack Black did in School of Rock. I'll pretend to be a substitute teacher.

My band played are first Arena gig opening for some local band called Flare 21. they were like 10 years younger than us. So we did freebird to embarres them. it was so fun when they were chanting "freebird" at them. They tried and got boo'd off stage. It was funny to watch them running off stage, all pissed. I think one of them cried.

I had fun this weekend...

Went and stayed at a cabin... but it was a house, a nice house. It was cool. Played some pool got in the hot tube and stuff. There was some Tequila too!... but I didn't get none damn it... I was pissed off about that. Age doesn't matter, Alchol effects every age in the same way...

Anyway, I had fun...

Guns and Roses might not be what and who they used to be, but they were metal. Listen to Appetite for Destruction, Garden of Eden, You could be Mine, Get in the Ring, Back off bitch. Those are all great Metal songs.

Slipknot are fucking awsome. They pack in the Aggresion that alot of people now days have. Listening to there music is a way to get rid of Anger.

And all the "Classic Rock" bands were Considered Metal back in the day. If you were around back then, you might know that. So don't judge MY music when you weren't even around to hear it the way most people back then did.

Nope, Metallica sucks. Metal is just for people who can't write good songs. They tune everything down and make it fast to try and cover up how shit it is.

No, nothing against Ozzy Osbourne.

I think the challenge can be quite interesting, but it obviously depends on what scenarios (within MKO, another forum, or in real-life) people use. At the same time, I also think that each challenge will get even tougher and more interesting.

So I went to band practice yesterday and Jon E told me that we have another gig on the 26th. What's cool is that the manager there usually has radio stations stop by once in a while to watch bands play and help promote. They're not coming on the 26th but next time they have a station there, he said that he was gonna call us and have us play in front of them. So so close to stardum I'm loving it. When we played at the battle of the bands, even though we came in 3rd place, we got a lot of compliments from the audience. They were saying how we had a very original sound and that I had a lot of potential as a singer. It really makes me feel good to know I'm doing the the things I love the most and already becoming a respected musician. I feel very accomplished.
