omg, i'm sooo exhausted after my Tae Kwon Do class this night! The teacher apparently wanted me to die at the class, as i was worked to the bone. At one point i kept seeing spots, and was feeling dizzy.
I'm going to be testing for my Red Belt ( two away from black belt) Saturday, so i need to perfect all my techniques so i guess this workout was worth it.
