I found a ghetto way to do this via myspace. I will remove it soon. This is my first peice of digiart, and I made it on paint of all devices. Let me know what you think, honest oppinions only. Please don't comment on the subject, just the bar itself.

To the un-trained eye, it would pass.
But i see, that you are missing:
1. the "gloss" from the userbar
2. the text should most commonly be "Visitor TT1 BRK"
3. Missing the common border"
4. Missing some sort of pattern behind the "Render"(Owl picture)
Coincidentally, a very strong comparison for you is the Userbar I made for KARATE in his sig space right now. Directly beneath your post, it's probably not hard to see the similarity.
Note: I didn't use the conventional method or background pattern with that Userbar, but all the attributes are there, and all the "steps" were followed.
Overall though, Great Job for a first, Any relative "n00b" image editor will mistake it for the real thing if they don't know what to look for yet.
