Looking at all the B&I; threads/posts, I realize there is much more history (including stuff said in PMs, IRC, etc) than I will ever be fully aware of. So since I don't know the entire story, I won't comment on that. I will say this, however: If DPs and skulls are supposed to be handed out by those with the ability to do so after using what is said in a post and nothing else, then there is absolutely no fucking way those 4 skulls could be justified. Bullshit like that is a perfect example of why certain people (myself included ) should never be given this type of power.
