You are new here, so don't worry aout anyone else. First of all, NEVER EVER put your subject in all caps, people will end up just yelling at you, and their eyes will hurt.

That being said, first find a picture you would like the dragon icon to change to. Then, go to Settings, which is near yout picture, but down. It is in blue. You will see this icon, and an URL. Go to change, and put the url to your picture in the new box. When the URL is safely inside of this box, hit OK, scroll down, and hit Submit. You have now changed your picture.

Is there a faq or some type of info that tells you how to change the size and colors of the letters?

Indeed. Go here. You should find everything you need all over that thread.

Still so much to learn young Jedi. It says how to do it all on that page. You must put an 'ending' when you want the font size or whatever to stop or it interferes with your sig.
