How do I change my avatar to a custom picture? I have a png file uploaded on www.putfile.com, but when I try to use that picture it doesn't seem to work.

My computer displays the loading bar, but it's really slow and my computers normally very fast. Help, please? This is the image:

Ok umm ya I gotta question. I took advice earlier about how to make a sig pic and profile pic from the internet, and it worked. But now all of a sudden it doesent show up on the screen even when I do it right. So why is it all of a sudden not working? by the way keep in mind its only in threads, when I go to settings it looks right but when I put a message it shows no picture or sig. Please help!

Sure,just open up MS Paint.Go down to the bottom right corner of the pic,and move your mouse till it becomes a two sided arrow.Then keftt click and hold it down.While holding,move the mouse upper left.Repeate till the sig is the size you want.
