Hey everyone! I don't know if any of you remember me, I haven't been around since the release of MK:DA and also forgot my password, so I had to change my ID from QueenSindel to Queen_Sindel, lol. I don't see too many familiar names, but it's still great to be back! And I'm thrilled to learn there is a new MK coming out very soon. I've missed a lot of the info on this latest MK, and although I'm sure it's all on the board somewhere, my isp is so damn slow it would take hours for me to scan it all, so if anyone out there doesn't mind repeating themselves for me, and could perhaps fill me in on some of the known fatalies and other info please add me to your buddy list!! THANKS!!

Welcome Back, as no one has posted what you asked for let me try to make a quick summary:
Mortal Kombat Deception, takes place after the events of MK:DA, the new threat known as the Dragon King has succesfully come back to life, and with the aid of some old kombatants (Mileena tricked Kitana and Sindel; Barak and his race of Tarkatans are the leaders of the DK's army, etc) he has succesfully raised as the new Realms Threat. The game will contain 4 main modes:
Arcade
Konquest (which now has really chagned, you play as Shijunko, a martial arts apprentices that must retrive an old relic from the Elder Gods in order to protect the realms, in your journey you get to travel to 5 different realms: Earthrealm, Outworld, Netherealm, Orderrealm and Chaosrealm) in which it is confirmed you will be able to see every single character that has ever appeared on the MK fighting games)
Puzzle Kombat: Plays like a sort of tetris like, puzzle game.
Chess Kombat - It's a mix between Chess and a strategy game.
The game is now online for the mini games as well as on arcade mode.
Some Confirmed Old Characters are:
Ermac, Baraka, Mileena, Sub Zero, Scorpion, Kenshi, Bo Rai Cho, Sindel, Nightwolf, Tanya (yes from MK4), Kabal, Jade, Li Mei, Sektor, Noob Saibot, Smoke and some more.
New Characters: Havik (enemy of Hotaru, from the Chaosrealm), Kobra (Earthrealm's Martial Arts Champion), Ashrah (a demon Huntress), Hotaru (a samurai from the Order realm, that has allied with the DK), Dariou, Darrius, Shujinko (the guy you play with in konquest but at age 60+), Kira (black dragon member), and osme others.
Nnow each character has two fatalities and a Hara Kiri ( an honorable suicide that you can make before the opponent performs a fatality).
Each stage has one Deathrrap (which makes you loose the round but not the battle ) and a Stage Fatality.
The arenas are interactive and multi-tiered, as well as you can pick up weapons from them.
Release Date in this America (Continent) is October the 4th, for the PAL version is (Nov. the 9th

*SPOILERS FOR THOSE WHO HAVENT SEEN THE FATALITIES*
i'll just tell you three in order not to spoil the surprise:
Subzero: He deep freezes the opponent, he rips out the head with the spine attached to it, then he slides back and throws the head at the frozen body, making the body to burst in pieces.
Jade: The best so far, she grabs her staff, then throws it as a javelin piercing the opponents head and sticking out on the other side of their head, then he grabs each tip with her hands, makes a sommersault grabbing the staff and ripping off the opponents head, showing it to the camera.
Nightwolf: He juggles with two of his tomahawks and throws them into the opponents head making him/her bleed and die in pain and awful screams.
