Volume 2 is on Encore Saturday at 7:00pm I got it set up to record. This is my favorite movie of all time right now. Ive never been so wowed. I like the Yakuzza scenes, and the final battle with O-Ren Ichii (the beautiful Lucy Liu). The Anime sequence really blew me away too. Sountracking was perfect. The movie is excellent.

It seems we have a taste for the same women. Lol! My friends got mad at me because I had an a display pic of Lucy Liu for months.
O'ren Ishii is an awesome character. Her death is brilliant.
I have the movie soundtrack and have yet to acquire the second movie soundtrack, but the soundtrack for Vol.1 is flawless. It's the only movie I've ever bought a soundtrack for and the only movie whose soundtrack has left me wowed. One of my fave tunes from the movie isn't on the Vol.1 soundtrack though. I'm hoping it is on the Vol. 2 soundtrack. Everything used just fits perfectly in the film. Tarantino is a genius.
It's your fave movie of all time right now for good reason. It pwns!
And DJ, Vernita does rock! Go Vivica Fox!

Coffee sucks! Lol!
Go-Go rules! It's a pity she wasn't in the film so damn long. Her fight scene with
Uma is awesome though. She's one psychotic, evil bitch! I love her for it! The part where she kills that guy and says 'Perhaps it is I who have penetrated you' just shows how evil she is. It's all so awesome!

Kill Bill is a great movie and I am hoping that that it'll come as a two-disc set with deleted scenes and such as like the th Pulp Fiction movie.
Kill Bill will like forever be #1 for me.

That tune was whistled so much at school after the film came out. And everyone kept singing or playing Woo Hoo! Lol! So many people loved it and others got sick of it! It was awesome!
I love asian women. Absolutely adore them. Sad thing is that in the small piss in the road town of Auburn Nebraska, we have no asian ladies. I decided that Im going to marry an asian. I only date Asians. They just seam so refined, and sofisticated, its those lovely almond eyes just wow!

Those pics rock!
You love asian women alot! Lol! I don't blame you though. Most are incredibly hot.
Wiggle your big toe. I was in stitches at that in the cinema. You get the lovely history of O'ren and then before you proceed to the rest of the film you hear - 'But first... Wiggle your big toe.' Classic!

Great flicks. I prefer 2 over 1, I think, only because Bud was the man, and Darryl Hannah's character was great. And she was smoking hot in that movie. Until she got her eye poked out in a great fight scene.
I also liked how it showed Bill and Co. wrecking shop in the wedding chapel. And Pai-Mei (sp?). That old dude kicked ass. Also, Sid Haig was in part 2, so that automatically makes it the winner in my book.
Part 1 was awesome as well and both deserve to be in your DVD collection.

I prefer Vol.2 to Vol.1.
I think the storytelling is better. It's harder to follow initially though because Tarantino is spastic, but once I got ahold of the storyline and what was going on I found it to be an absolutely fantastic movie.
I guess they're not meant to be compared though. They're one movie, so it's kind of like comparing the first half of a movie to the second half.
One thing that stands out to me after watching Vol.2 however is the Animie scene in the first movie. It's great as a stand alone peice, but it doesn't fit in with the rest of the movie too well at all. Here's this 3 or 4 hour live action movie, but it has a random 5 minute animie peice near the start to explain a certain aspect, even though all other aspects are explained completely differently (in live action). If Tarantino had kept that as a small constant thoughout the movie and maybe had one or two other segments like that then I think it would have worked a lot better.

While I agree that Vol. 2 is more story driven, and it helps to peice the story together. I preffered Vol.1 because it is more action orientated.

Never seen Volume 2, but a friend showed me Vol 1 and I really enjoyed that mega-gore-brawl near the end of the film. That's how you do a "Burly Brawl" - watching that you can see how this film's big brawl totally whoops the one from the matrix.

Volume 2 rocks, but I prefer Vol. The story the bigger focus in vol.2. The highlight for me was the fight between Elle and Beatrix. it rocked. Pai Mei is a badass. It's sad that they based the waste of space Shujinko off him.
The ending of Volume 2 left a lot to be desired as I was expecting a big major showdown between Beatrix and Bill. It was good how it was done as I'd never have seen it coming at all. I wonder if they ever filmed an alternate ending.
Btw OPTI0N, did you manage to see the deleted scene I was on about before where Bill fights?

I misseed Lucy Liu in volume 2. I was hoping for a flashback or something. As for the Anime Scene, I really liked it, it made me feel a bit sympathetic towards Oren IShii and I really didnt want to have to completely hate Lucy Liu. I thought it was very innovative and classy. The second movie or 1/2 depending on how you look at it, wasnt a letdown, It just seamed like it was missing something. I saw the ending coming a mile away.
