You are not the only one here with the same problems. It happens to some of the threads I visit and the avatars are ridicilously shrunk to 1 x 1 size.

I still bang my head on the keyboard like a drunkard when I read a stupid thread. Is this a technical problem? *shrugs*
Here is an issue I have noticed and it happens no matter what browser I am using. I use Netscape (Firefox) 8.1 mainly and IE 7 sometimes.
Netscape: When I log in, it takes me to a page that says the page has been relocated (actual words not being used here), I click that link and then it brings me to a new page that says my username and passord are incorrect. But, if I click on the MKO logo and go to the homepage, I am logged in. Weird huh?!
IE: When I log in it takes me directly to the page that says I can't access the site, if I hit the back button I'm logged in.
I have obviously found a way around this issue because I am here posting, etc. but I thought you might want to know.
AND my suggestion would be, when you get a DP it would be nice to know who gave it to you so you can thank them. And a DP counter would be nice. I know this was posted years ago but I agree it is needed.

Problem with that is some people will be like, "why did you only give me one, my post was worth 3!"
Or imagine the mayhem that would come with being able to see who gave you skull points! Crazy flaming.
I agree with the mod above me. The DP system is quite nice more points for quality posts ana point deductions for negative posts.
It would cause mayhem if a member didn't agree on the DP they received
for their post. It seems that some members care about their posts to an extreme level.

I would LOVE to see who gives you skull points. I personally wouldn't flame anyone who gives me skulls, because I feel that I get what I deserve on this site, but I want to see what some of these spamming noobs would say to the mods. We could have some classic one liners whenever that happens.

Sorry to say it, but the PM glitches are happening AGAIN. I get PMs dating from 00/11/2006 and 01/01/2006. Speaking of suggestions, I would like an option where you can preview your posts. Seeing the amount of Dragon/Skull Points you currently have would be nice.

True, but you simply would not have to deal with that. You have the power to give them. Crazy flaming would deserve more SP's I would think.
I guess your kind of right, it keep the situation totally unbiased.

Btw, Serbia and Montenegro are two separate countries now. Those flags need to added.

"Do not 'bump' threads in which the most recent reply is more than three months old or the thread is not found on the first two pages of that specific forum; whichever may apply in that forum's case."
^ Taken from the Community FAQ's
......To combat this problem ENTIRELY, can you [staff] simply place an automatic lock on topics which could quite possibly result in ppl breakin the said rule?
This way, that rule simply CANNOT be broken, in any way, shape or form.
You wouldnt even NEED to have it as a rule cos it simply couldn't happen anyway.
Hope that makes sense. It would certainly stop old threads replacing newers ones and that wud, in term, reduce the amount of "idiot posters" thus decreasin the amount of Skulls that get given out.

I think MKO should do away with the bumping older threads rule unless people just spam in the threads. It's better to post in an older thread than having to create a new thread which is exactly the same name and contents as the old one...This in turn could take up memory if there are multiple instances like that.

I just one thing fixed:
After u post, and it says go back to your message... GO TO THE LAST PAGE OF THE THREAD! not the first! this has been annoying me for a while...
Also... it kinda bothers me that after u do anything user-wise (meaning not on a thread) u can only go to buddy list...
redirection suxors!

2 things:
1) Agree with the ridirection on links, needs expanding to be more useful. Especially on the go the first page of the thread link after a post, should be the last.
2) (a) A new rule that doesn't allow anyone under 100 visits to post their own thread unless they get sent to the Community FAQ first to check on the rules.
2) (b) Trial periods in which new users are kept up to date with rules they have broken up to the 100 visit mark. Any silly rule breaking (posting threads about offical site updates when there's one 2 threads above on the forum list) after the trial period result in warnings, rather than a simple skull + telling off in the thread they'll never go back to. PMing is the way to sort them out.
