So, who do we like? I'm going...

The Real Americans
The Usos
AJ Lee
Ryback & Heyman
Bryan Danielson
Alberto Del Rio
Curtis Axel [DQ?]

Wondering if R-Truth might get involved in the Punk/Heyman match, or something. Maybe a US title shot. He's gotta be doing something.

Missed the show, but I'm glad Goldust & Cody Rhodes kept it going.
Hope Real Americans/Los Matadores had a good one. Looked like another dud PPV, at least on paper. Might've been better watching.

Dare I say it's The Ross Report like it's never quite been before.
Nothing fans haven't bitched about in one fashion or another for years, but still a great read. For someone of the authority and stature of Jim Ross to be talking about this stuff is to be appreciated. On Twitter he said it won't be popular in all circles. It's terrific, to me.

Just quietly enjoying the fact WWE.com have current images like this.
Edit: I added Vader because I wish they were tag champs.

This is why TNA should've told JR to name his price. There's so much in here, from how to approach developing new talent to how to tell a story and what currently holds wrestling back...

I'm not saying that he has all the solutions, but having someone in power that can at least identify the problems that cause the stagnant ratings and buy rates, with an eye on where to start fixing would be a monumental step in the right direction for a company that seems absolutely determined to fail.

My Survivor Series prediction is that it will be even shittier than the card looks on paper and that I won't even bother to watch it.

I generally expect PPVs to be the low point these days, or at least an under whelming encapsulation of the absolute average from the preceding month. With that in mind, it might not be the boldest praise to say I thought I felt something a little bit different during Survivor Series.

It was by no means an impressive event, but I thought there was a tonal difference I haven't perceived in a long time. Something that tickled the old fancy. I've left it a bit too long to share my thoughts to really convey it, but I think it's safe to assume the 10-Man Survivor Series match held the greatest attention. Everything else at least fell into order nicely.

The restrictions of the match may have lent themselves to some of the things I like. With 10 men and 9 eliminations, 20 minutes may have helped keep everyone a bit more focused and the work rate up. I wasn't really keyed into the build, but I had the history between The Shield and The Rhodes Dynasty from the month prior, plus the sporting interest of The Real Americans and their contention prospects (imagined, as they may be).

With the rumors being what they are, I did know to call Roman Reigns the sole survivor before the match. I don't have any problem with that, per se. I usually say attempts to be unpredictable are the real problem right now - not obvious results. I think Reigns' execution is still lacking. His triumphs brought the most dead air during the match, to my perception. I'm not convinced he's the guy to hitch the wagon to. Even so, a clear idea with reasonable execution is a good thing and the match was solid.

I couldn't say I was invested in all the matches or paid the closest attention. I did think the overall composition of the card had a nice flow to it, though. It helped that nothing felt like complete time wasting, like many PPV matches (particularly unannounced ones) do these days.

I know any time there's a glimmer of hope there's unlikely to be any follow through, but for all of Survivor Series' mediocrity, I think it might have just been that. A bit mediocre. Not nearly as inconsequential as most PPVs are -- particularly over the past few months. That's something.

I just ordered WWE Elimination Chamber 2010,2011,2012,2013, Satan's Prison. Now i will have every chamber dvd. It will complete my collection.
Got a great deal $54.14 on Amazon.

I already have
Survivor Series 2002
Summerslam 2003
New Years Revolution 2005
New Years Revolution 2006
ECW December To Dismember 2006
No Way Out 2008
No Way Out 2009

Cant wait to watch them. But for those who have watched or owned Elimination Chamber 2010,2011,2012,2013, Satan's Prison. How do they stack up to the previous Chamber PPV. Are they better or worse, etc.

TLC predictions...

Dolph Ziggler vs Fandango(kickoff match)- Fandango because Dolph can't catch a break.

Cody Rhodes, Goldust vs Big Show, Rey Mysterio vs Ryback, Curtis Axel vs The Real Americans- Rybaxel, because WWE just won't let the mediocre seed of Mr. Perfect fade away.

Big E vs Damian Sandow for the I.C. Championship- Big E retains, but no matter how this turns out, I'm happy.

A.J. vs Natalya for the Divas Championship- Piss Pants McGee via Total Diva shenanigans.

Daniel Bryan vs The Wyatt Family- I'm conflicted about this one. There's nowhere this can go for either side. Bryan won't join the Wyatt's, this feud won't continue past tonight...I'll give it to the Wyatt's...the loss won't hurt Bryan, and I'm sure they'll be looking to bury him after Monday. Once again though, this a is a match I'll be happy with either way.

CM Punk vs The Shield- CM Punk via Shield dissention.

John Cena vs Randy Orton Title Unification TLC Match- ...Chris Jericho.

John Cena.

Last month I thought I saw signs of positive change. This month I generally enjoyed a WWE Pay-Per-View. The last time I could honestly say that was probably Royal Rumble 2011. It's by no means perfect, but I think TLC followed up on some of that Survivor Series promise, and even managed to over achieve with a card that didn't necessarily look so hot on paper.

I'd like to see cold matches become a thing of the past. Having two cobbled together, mediocre matches (Clay/Truth; Miz/Kingston) back-to-back really killed the mood. Injecting meaning and interest into the mid-card is the last frontier without significant signs for improvement.

Tag teams are still going strong. The four-way was a compelling match and well served by elimination rules. If there's any truth to the theory Goldust is booking those matches, it's a worthwhile investment. Didn't see a hurracanrana coming -- loved it! The long reign is doing wonders to make the resurgence credible. Just wish they'd bring gold back to the belts.

I can't remember the last time I saw Cena or Orton look that alive. There was great energy right out of the gate. They kept an intense pace through most of the match and more importantly wrestled with a competitive focus. They really raised their game to meet the big stakes occasion. Instead of going through the usual disconnected motions, it felt like both guys had their eyes on the prize and were wrestling for advantage. Suitable.

The handcuff shenanigans were very inventive, but felt a little misplaced in what had been such a hot contest. Even with the short, underdone build (3 weeks) the video packages etc helped bring home the importance of a championship belt. It was built like a legitimate contest. I would've liked to see a legitimate contest within the parameters that were there. I don't know that history will benefit from the unique image of the bottom rope draped across the ring. That might've been better used in a Royal Rumble, or second tier PPV rematch.

Where the show really over achieved was in the duelling 3-on-1 handicap matches. The Undisputed Championship was designed to meet high expectations. Two lopsided handicap bouts on one card was dicey on paper, worse with recent history in mind. Punk/Shield had a similar intensity to the main event and really lived up to the philosophy of a hot opener that starts things on a high. Danielson/Wyatts had a significantly different style, working with those characters well. Card separation helped both go down well. Bray Wyatt's exorcist walk was a fun bit of character.

All in all, I'm looking forward to 2014. I'm hoping the flow-on of there being one key championship helps everything. The IC and US belts should slot easier into second tier status. Top challengers should have more focus for contention. Hopefully the WWE ring style can follow the intensity of TLC.

I really should've seen El Generico's stuff earlier. A mexican wrestler gimmick perfommed somestimes in Japan by a Canadian, more specifically from a French speaking province, that happens to be of Syrian descent.

For top to bottom cards, they're probably still my two favourite Manias.
Scary to think its been ten years. For me, they still represent a standard.

Angle, Guerrero, Benoit, Lesnar, Jericho, Michaels, Triple H. It was an embarrassment of riches. Plenty of other guys bringing up the rear. The XX spectacle and hope of Guerrero & Benoit standing tall where it all begins again. Wish that promise could've stuck. Here's hoping some of the bright sparks of the last month start a fire in 2014.

Even XX's Cruiserweight open I thought was very entertaining and a showcase of fun cruiserweight action.

And Jericho vs. Christian was such an awesome match, too.. And that backstage segment with Eddie motivating Benoit, that was just off the hook.

Got my WWE Elimination Chamber 2010- 2013, Satan Prison. Watched all of it the Elimination Chamber matches were the best matches on the dvd but thats what i expected.

WWE is damn lazy Elimination Chamber 2010- 2013 used the same music at the menu screen. Lacked special features. It had them but they were bad.

Those were my only gripes. It's just like with Summerslams were they had such liitle special features and same music at the title screen.

Satan Prison on the other hand was a gem. Just a fantastic 3 dvd set.

Also you guys plan on getting WWE Network. I'm thinking about it mostly for ECW and WCW other than that i could care less. Earlier WWF ppvs are a nice treat to.
