Idk where to get them but the DVD Internet services like Netflix have some anime movies that are hard to find. I rented the Street Fighter Alpha movie from them and it was ok.

You have to unlock Evil Ryu?

Poor you, I get him straight away in alpha 3 max.

The only people I have to unlock are Ingrid, Eagle, Yun and Maxi. Not including Final Bison, Shin Akuma and Extra Balrog which I just got after completing arcade with Evil Ryu, I guess that's how you get them in other versions too.

I don't know why people bother if you play in tournaments. Characters like Final Bison, Shin Akuma, Evil Ryu, etc. are banned...

No u have to unlock the Hyper Street Fighter Alpha 3 game to get Evil Ryu and another 7 - 10 extra characters. Look on any cheat website it tells u how to get the hyper mode of SFA3.

The closest I have ever gotten to a tournament of some form is by watching videos of people playing. Besides what high-profile tournaments exist in England?

That's why I bother.

Man this game is awesome. I'm glad I bought it. Just a little bit longer and I'm buying the Anniversary Collection. Mainly for SF3:TS. Anyone here already got it?

Are you talking about the any of the animated movies, or just the Alpha animated movies? Alpha Generations isn't hard to find any electronic store such as Best Buy should have it, thats where I found my copy. Alpha Generations Sucks though, I dodn't like it one bit.

I'm sure you could find the Alpha Animated Movie on Amazon, or if your looking for both of the annimated movies (Alpha, and Street Fighter II) check for some PAL import movie sites thats where I found my copy of Street Fighter II the Animated movie for around $25. Well worth it too. It's the best of the Annimated movies.

Does anyone here know if Street Fighter 3: Third Strike was released for PS2? I saw the game box just couple minutes ago and I was'nt sure if it was real or not.

BTW as an avid RPG fan I'm obliged to post this link to a Street Fighter RPG. (I'm Ryu :) )

It's currently lacking in members but we can change that can't we?

It is on PS2 as a seperate game if you purchase the Japanese version. If you want the US version then you have to buy Street Fighter Anniversary Collection where it has HSF2 and Thid Strike on one disc.

Thats cool, I love ST2 and I have'nt ever played ST3 so it will be good to buy SF:AC.

BTW does anyone know what version of evil ryu was used to make the evil ryu on the mugens? The one who has his arm sticking out. What about Evil ken. I know they did'nt draw those sprites themselves...

I'M ALIVE! Whew, for awhile there I thought something was wrong with my account.

Yeah, we should be able to fix the members thing if we can find some good RPers or at least people who like to RP and can abide by the rules. Hmm...so many characters wide open.

I was actually thinking about downloading the Alpha movies on Limewire. :)

Hell yea i picked that up last night! Didnt play much of the arcade mode, but i could imagine it being difficult. Dont forget the ai always plays off the commands you put in which you should be able to counter. Maybe give this thread a read, it seems very helpful.

I sent a friends request through xbox.com (badass!) so hopefully that goes through. Im on random weeknights (6-10pm central) & some weekends... My Tag:

SFIIHF on 360 is worth the money (about $10 or £7.50) downloading but don't expect to be wowed by the online server. There is a lot of lag which usually results in a disconnection.

It's hard to get a ranked match - after which you get booted out again and have to find another because there is no rematch option.

Quarter match is fun for a while but gets boring waiting for your turn, although you can mock the other playersgrin

As in any game you get complete noobs who will do anything to win including using just one move *cough* E Honda's Hundred Hand Slap!!!

It's still Street Fighter though which is why I love it and the server should be getting some updates to stop it crashing/disconnecting soon (hopefully)
