I don't like the MKD speculation/duscussion, but you don't see me going to the boards and spamming it with messages about how muchg I hate that type of discussion. Next time, just skip over the threads you don't like.

But anyways, I'm not really sure that I've changed at all in the past couple of years. I think if anything, through events that have occured in my life, that I have grown stronger. But thats probably the most noticable of changes.

Oh, and on topic, for me it's generally the exact same wavelength as Khali posted. I've more of an edge to me than I used to have, the years seem to have done that to me over time, and I'm far less tolerant offline as well as online and on here, even. That FAQ linked thread and warning was stickied to every forum for a reason...so there is no need to warn anyone via PM, or give second chances to the ignorant. You violate any one or several of the things covered in the Community FAQ and you can only blame yourself for getting banned now. I'm still far too forgiving and lenient with people unless it's an extreme case, but that's changing....

Let's see, how have I changed...well:

1. Lost a lot of weight, have a lot more interest in losing the rest and toning up, just for the hell of it. It's not a self-esteem-raising or chick-getting thing, just feel like getting in shape.

2. I'm a lot less emotional than I used to be when considering or practicing my religion or prayers. But after studying the social conditions and intricacies of the people that practiced it long ago, it's become apparent that it's not the warm, fuzzy, oohey-gooey religion that people today like to pretend it is. And frankly, it feels more real that way.

3. Like MKS, I used to care or be hurt when I'd bore people to death. I used to think it was me, but eventually I came to the realization that some people suck and/or are hypocritical (I mean, without disclosing personal details, some people's self-contradiction just baffles me), and that I'm just not "compatible" with some people, but I'll be damned if I'm not one fascinating some of a gun. Like I know no one ever gives a poop about my posts or my thoughts on this forum, but I post them anyway, because I intrigue myself. I say, "Wow, great post, me."

4. I've grown fond of physical labor as opposed to sitting on my ass.

5. Related to #2, I've also found a new fondness for learning, specifically about my religion, and I've considered studying thoroughly apologetics (I have fun stuffing the skeptics).

My changes:

1. Lost some weight(still not as pretty as I'd like to be).

2. Much less cynical, I used to be an ass, but I'm pretty happy with things right now.

3. Left school, I can't believe I didn't do that sooner. My negativity has practically evaporated. Miss my peeps though.

4. Will soon be employed again for the first time since 2002. About damn time!

5. Discovered MKO! Unlike many newcomers, I didn't come here because of MK:Deception, I was possibly the last person in America to buy a computer(November 2003) and stumbled onto the site last February, joined in April.

6. Joined a band. Thankfully they don't yet know I have no talent.

Those are the only changes I have had.

I've gotten a lot more politically liberal. I'm now proud to consider myself "liberal," whereas before I considered myself more moderate.

Also, I've basically given up on trying to start a band, because, besides the fact that it's so hard to find members, when I write songs I always write both the music and the lyrics. I've realized that I don't really like the idea of someone else either singing my lyrics, or playing my music on guitar, and I can't do both at the same time. But I do plan to get some kind of digital recording thing, and make a solo album (although I'll have to either get a drum machine or just get a drummer to do the drums, and I'll need to find someone to borrow a bass from). I mean, I'd probably join a band if it was convenient, but I would only be the guitarist, and I'd have my solo project on the side.

On that note my taste in music has expanded a bit. Though it's mainly just in the sense that I actually listen to a TINY bit of techno now.

Also, I stay up much later. I used to go to sleep around 11; lately I've been staying up till 4 or 5 AM. And I spend a lot more (ie. way too much) time on the computer. Damn, I gotta get out more.

Right now I have lost 50 lbs and I do think I might have a better chance to meet a online friend (so I can know the truth about this girl which I really Like)

Okay, how I have changed in the past 2 years:
-I've become more or less n00bish
-I've learned what a horrible person my Grandfather really is(1 thing:dude wants to be buried in Ohio where he lives now instead of here in SC next TO HIS WIFE, WHOM HE'S BEEN MARRIED TO FOR 40 YEARS! I swear, if I see that man again, I might just take him out myself and MAKE him rest by Grandma)
-I've become more quiet and vicious(see above change)
-I still don't have a girlfriend, and after reading the script to "Hysteria: A Def Leppard Story", I'm not even sure I want to have one...
-I've gotten back into Def Leppard for the 50th time in my life, and I'm gonna make sure that it stays that way!

Well, I might post more after this, once I remember what happened in the past 735 days!
