You can also focus on the Dark part of Hydreigon and use Fighting attacks. Hydreigon has levitate, but isn't a Flying type and, as such, has no resistance to Fighting. Bug attacks will also work against the Dark type. If your starter was Tepig, you can destroy Hydreigon with a Brick Break.
The Vanilluxe line has very high special attack and naturally learns Ice Beam, which is the highest damage 100% accuracy ice attack. I'd strongly recommend training one of those.
Hydreigon has 90 base in Defense and Special Defense so it can take a hit, but won't be able to take a lot of punishment.
Conversely, you can try and use status effects (I recommend Thunderwave and Confuse Ray together) to get him to knock himself out, since he will take 2x damage from his own attack.
The absolute most evil thing you could do would be to use a paraflinch Togekiss with serene grace.
Togekiss @Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP / 172 SAtk / 84 SDef
Modest Nature
Ability: Serene Grace
-Air Slash
-Thunder Wave
-Aura Sphere
-Roost
Paraflinch Togekiss is very annoying. It can drive you mad by paralyzing your Pokemon, flinching them 60% of the time with a Serene Grace boosted Air Slash, and simply recovering off any damage when it gets hit.
Of course, you can't GET a Togekiss until you beat the game so yeah.

Ahhh, so jealous of all of you with Black/White. I just got done with a Nuzlocke of Heart Gold. Got ALL the way to Lance with only Pierre the Togetic, Gibson the Ampharos, Nitro the Typhlosion, and Laila the Kingler. Damn Dragonites took me out though :(
Got all the way to the end boss and lost... shameful. I'm gonna wait for the third version I think. I'm working on saving up for MK before I take the Pokemon plunge.

So scratch my trade list that I had made. Using the GTS i have a complete pokedex lol. Some people on there are fools. Anyway since I completed my pokedex i decided to pop in my action replay to get a few shinies from other regions. If anyone wants one i can get you one at any level (lvl 1 is probably the best since you can EV train)

Ghestis was so difficult! for me! I had to end up using zekrom which i didnt want to do but ho well.
Also, you can warp back to the Pokemon League and go training if Ghetsis (or N I think) beat you so you can level up, which is pretty neat.
Also, whats with the bhuge-ass level spike post Pokemon League!!
Not sure what I want to do with my team now. I quite like my team but also want to introduce some of my old favourites (Lickitung, Starmie, Vulpix etc). I guess Im gonna ahve to go with two teams.

Help me out here, gang. I'm currently trying to train me up an evil Togekiss with which to rape the battle subway. Which sounds more evil for a moveset?
Togekiss
EVs - 252 HP 172 SAtt 84 SDef
Serene Grace ability - double added effect chance
Item - Leftovers
Nature - Modest
Ok, here are my two moveset options.
-Thunder wave (0 power, 100% accuracy, paralysis, 20/32 PP)
-Air slash (Special, 75 power (112.5 with STAB), 95% accuracy, 30% flinch (60% with serene grace), 20/32 PP)
-Swagger (0 power, 90% accuracy, raises opponent attack 2 stages & confuses, 15/24 PP)
-Aura sphere (Special, 90 power, never misses, 20/32 PP)
This strategy would involve opening with Thunder wave to paralyze, hitting swagger on turn 2 to confuse, and air slashing (with 60% flinch chance) until dead. Aura sphere would be used on types who are resistant to flying type attacks. Thunder wave will not affect ground-type Pokemon, nor Pokemon with Motor Drive (Electivire, Bliztle, Zebstrika) and Volt Absorb (Jolteon, Chinchou, Lanturn).
Option 2.
-Toxic (0 power, 90% accuracy, toxic poisoning, 10/16 PP)
-Aura Sphere (Special, 90 power, never misses, 20/32 PP)
-Air Slash (Special, 75 power (112.5 with STAB), 95% accuracy, 30% flinch (60% with serene grace), 20/32 PP)
-Swagger (0 power, 90% accuracy, raises opponent attack 2 stages & confuses, 15/24 PP)
This strategy relies on Toxic to take care of most of the opponent's HP while the Aura Sphere takes on the Steel types who are unaffected by it. Swagger is once again used to confuse the toxic poisoning Pokemon, and Air Slash is once again employed for its 60% flinch. Steel and Poison type Pokemon are immune to Toxic, while Shroomish and Breloom have an ability (Poison Heal) that actually causes Toxic and Poison to regenerate their health.
I dunno. Seems like the Paraflinch is the way to go, but I'm not sure.

Sorry for the really late response but if you have not made a move set yet for your togekiss, I would put Extreme Speed in there if it is still in Pokemon. That move used to be really good on the Togekiss I had back in Pearl.
I am still offering to give anyone any pokemon at any level. Sure I got my action replay dsi after getting all the pokemon through trades with people but I am going to start catching a bunch of level 1's for EV training.

I mean if you wanted to plow through i would make it level 100 lol. If you want it to help you but stay balanced i would say like 20-25. If you want to EV train the shit out of it i would give it to you at level 1.
If you want any other pokemon let me know so i can get them before trading. Remember that i can get you anything from any region.

Do you still have the lengandary pokemons? I was wondering if you could trade them. I can trade them back to you. I don't care much about them. I just want them for my pokedex.

Yes, you can keep them for your PC since I can get as many as I want.
What about this one.
These Pokémon arose from the spirits of people interred in graves in past ages. Each retains memories of its former life.
Each of them carries a mask that used to be its face when it was human. Sometimes they look at it and cry.
What the fuck!?!!!!!!

You just had to give me the freakin' creeps, didn't you? lol
Yeah, Yamask is another PokeCreep. There are a lot of them this time around.
Back in the days of Rayquaza, the only PokeCreeps of that generation were:
Sableye

Mawile

And my personal favorite, the King of PokeCreeps, Shedinja

Any pokemon that can live without breathing and steal souls through its very own void is definitely worthy of giving all the children of the world a million nightmares. Pun totally intended.
