It was my 18th Birthday the other week so me and a few of my mates went on the town for a smash up, and im off to Amsterdam this weekend to carry on the celebration of me becomming an adult! Anyway, heres pictures from my Birthday night! Im in the blue white shirt!

All right, I'm going to throw my hat in, so to speak.

I'm sure a lot of you have noticed in interviews, pictures, and the like that I was a rather... hefty size. Well, it didn't actually occur to me until recently just how bad it was. Well, "recently" is defined as last February, when some friends showed me a video we did from 1996 or thereabouts. Thoroughly embarrassed, I resolved to change my diet and exercise habits and start living healthier.

When I started, I was at 258 pounds. As of last Friday I was at 213 pounds, and my goal is to hit 190-195 pounds by June. This isn't a diet. It's a complete lifestyle change, and it's worked out great for me. I'll avoid posting the "before" pics as you can see them all over the site. I will, however, post a couple taken Saturday.
