as for brdo? eh I dunno whats wrong with yoshi? nuffin so lets leave it at that... birdo had a cameo in the SMB2 stage and daisy is an alternate color for peach that should be enough.... let bring in some cool characters like Belmont, dante or grey fox... but you know what I think viewtiful joe is gonna make the cut....

Groudon is a ground type so it may use Earthquake, though it can use fire attacks. It, along with the stages look pretty sweet. Delfino Plaza looks awesome.

A heads up that the site was updated yesterday with Air recover move and today pikachu and kirby was added to the vet players list....

Looks like Kirby has alot of moves he had in Melee. I never really liked his side-B attack in Melee, it was too slow and not so powerful. Hopefully its alot faster in Brawl; btw, does anyone else notice that Pikachu looks a bit bigger?

Recent update - They've just confirmed that you can use all 4 types of controllers for brawl. These are the - Wii-Mote, Wii-Mote-Nunchuk, Classic Controller; the Gamecube controller.

The updates just keep getting better.

Actually, I think it was a pretty good update. I know there was alot of people who only assumed that the GC controller would only be compatible. Even I didn't really know they had plans of using all other controllers.

Oh, and Banjo Kazooie would be a great addition to brawl.

I agree. Banjo-Kazooie would be an awesome fit. Too bad Microsoft(or is it Sony?) owns Rare.

Am I the only one that wants Pichu back. i thought he was a good challenge. Just give him Volt Tackle and Thunder Wave to make him different. Jiggly too. She's loads of fun.

Glad Young Link, Dr. Mario, and Mr. G&W are gone. Young Link was my worst character, Dr. Mario can be an alternate costume for Mario, and Mr. G&W was just plain awkward.

For new characters, I'm hoping for Aipom, Lucario, Birdo, Toad, and Sonic.

I wish they made a PS2 version of Smash Bros. Instead it would have PS2 characters like Crash Bandicoot, Jak n Daxter, Ratchet n Clank, etc.

But back on topic. I just can't wait to annihilate people with Yoshi, Princess Peach, and Kirby.

I just want them to bring back Mewtwo...if not bring Meowth, and ill be more than happy. and Yoshi.

too bad they're not bringing back Ice climbers, they were loads of fun to play with.

I was hoping that Mr. Game & Watch would stay. He was one of the most unique characters in Melee. As for Young Link and Dr. Mario - I'm glad they're out.

They recently updated with Fox. It looks like he'll still be the speedy character that he was in Melee - thankfully.

I know! Mr Game was powerful as fuck! I really liked him... and I liked Mr.Game and Watch Kirby too!!!
I hope they replace him w Paper Mario! hehe

I'm glad Young Link is gone. We only need one Link and the same goes for Dr.Mario and Mario. I despise the clones. Hopefully, Captain Falcon and Ganondorf have differing movesets if they make it. They both should be in the game.
I'm glad Fox remains fast. I just hope he's not as heavy as he was in Melee.

from what it seems like from the pics the fourth pics shows fox doing his smash move which looks like a hyper rush attack or something... kinda like he gets so many hits in less than the period of the smash move then poses right afterwards... but that is just my opinion...

I think that is his "Fox Illusion" (< or > + B) move from Super Smash Bros. Melee.
