According to the Tekken vS Mortal Kombat rules ....

- A user must vote only once per battle.

I'm sorry li-mei-fan but your second vote will not count. Whomever votes and determines the winner after a tie must be a new voter.

- If a tie has been taken into affect at the end of each battle, the next user who votes after tallying has been done will prove the winner of that battle

I do understand that it doesn't say that it has to be a new voter but the first rule still qualifies, even if it is not mentioned in the rule above.

Therefor ... WE ARE STILL IN A TIE! A new voter must vote!
