Sorry but you got the two answers wrong. When you're using the past perfect you must put had before changing the verb to the past tense.The answers are;
1.had awaken
2.had broken

Rules for learning;We use the Past Perfect Continuous to show that something started in the past and continued up until another time in the past. "For five minutes" and "for two weeks" are both durations which can be used with the Past Perfect Continuous. Notice that this is related to the Present Perfect Continuous; however, the duration does not continue until now.
1.We (talk)for ten days before TomTaz joined this site.
2.We(work)at the company for three years.
Correct the verbs in brackets.

We had worked at the company for three years.

Ah well. I told you I got it wrong. It doesn't matter though, I got the point across. People would understand what I said. So all is good.
