I honestly had no interest in this game until I saw that gameplay trailer. With the game being delayed so much and coming out so close to next gen system i figured it wouldn't be worth it. RockStar looks like they outdid themselves with GTA5 and they still haven't even shown off MP yet. I think my only grip about the game is that it hasn't been announced for next gen systems. i can only image what the game would like like they ever ported it over.

As someone who was extremely disappointed in Grand Theft Auto IV, this looks like it might bring me back into the franchise. Looks great.

Anyway, I'm really excited for it. The multiplayer looks fantastic, can't wait to play that.

If that leaked soundtrack is accurate, then the soundtrack blows. There's hardly anything passable as rock on there.

The soundtrack has some passable stuff. It doesn't have a whole lotta metal which is dissapointing, but there are a few artists that are gonna be cool to listen to like Muse, Queen, Elton John, Black Flag, The Cult, Hall and Oates, Pet Shop Boys, Circle Jerks, The Germs. I'm making the best of it haha.

Can't wait for this game though. Probably gonna have to wait until my birthday to get it, but that's in 3 months. We'll see.

My biggest gripe is the "Alternative Rock" station. Literally none of the bands on there are well known Alt rock bands. Chevelle, Seether, Blink-182, anything along those lines would've been acceptable.

They do have some good Classic Rock though.

Yeah they could have done a little better with the alt rock station. They got Rick James in there lmao.

Although the soundtrack blows and there are about 2 good songs... The game will be fantastic. Although I prefer having decent music in the game to listen to, I don't mind playing with the radio off at well. Oh well.

I got to figure out which system to get it on. Usually I'd buy my games on the 360, but I just realized I have almost no hard drive space for the mandatory game install. I just can't justify the money to upgrade from a 250 gb to a 320 gb hard drive.

I have plenty of space on my PS3 as I hardly use it, but I'm just worried there could be problems with DLC like there was with Skyrim.

So just get a USB instead?

I honestly didn't mind the radio selection in GTA IV simply because I detest most modern music. I rarely took the radio off JNR, which despite playing "Take the A Train" more often than any song, was a pretty good station. If I did wander from JNR I put it on talk radio.

For stations in GTAV I'd love another Jazz station, maybe this time with more early Jazz. I'd also love to have a Swing channel or perhaps just a multigenre station playing 1930s-1940s music. Also, I'd kill for a 50s station!

The way the cheats are just brings back so much nostalgia. Classic R1 R2 cheats. Won't use them on my first play through though. And I have no idea if these are all of them so yeah.

I cleared all I can from my system. I have enough for the game, but I'm curious how much space Grand theft Auto Online will take up? The game does take up 8gb or space, but does that also include the files for GTA: Online, as it's being released as a separate download?

I have no clue. I cleared about 10 GB, but I have a feeling I'll need to clear a lot more.

I also found myself keeping it on JNR. With some Tuff Gong or whichever of the 2 raggae stations had The Great Train Robbery, or is that even the name of the song?

I didn't recognize any of the music in IV, I really felt like Niko, as a newcomer, after Vice City & San Andreas' epic soundtracks.

Then there's TLAD, cruising around to Highway Star. Waiting for it to cycle back around.


Is Lazlow back on the air for V? I heard him menbtioned on the Vinewood celebrity bus tour vid I was watching earlier tonight.

I cleared about 13 gb myself, but something tells me that isn't going to be enough for the GTA mandatory install, the GTA: Online install as well as the Battlefield 4 beta that launches Oct. 1.

So GTA V is pretty amazing. I'll have more when I play it some more.

I haven't gotten too far into the game, but its amazing so far. Rockstar has done an amazing job with what I've seen. Improved gameplay, story telling, dialogue, etc. They really knocked it out of the park.

I really like the intro to Employee of the month mission, for Franklin.

Fucking loving it. Improves on GTA IV and the environment is fantastic. I'll go into more detail later. Wasted my entire day today on playing it. I have no idea how this game got only an M rating though. There are somethings that I have experienced within the first 5 plus hours that make me think this thing would have gotten and AO rating hands down.

Only bad thing about the GTA, CoD & Halo games is the mass advertisement and screaming fans who overhype them. I'm probably the only one here who doesn't support nor play GTA. I know their great titles but when you see everyone talking about the same thing, posting the same thing, playing the same thing gets tiresome. The graphics look better then 4 that much can be said for sure. Glad everyone around the world is enjoying it. It's definitely an improvement.
