It'll be a real shame if we really don't get Cody/Goldust (or some version) at Mania. The card's got two big jumble matches. They'd be better for having a solid, one-on-one grudge match in the undercard. Doesn't have to be long. It's deserved and designed.

Honestly I just think the crowd isn't into that feud/storyline. It ended at Fastlane anyways.
It's too bad Goldust is probably done after WrestleMania. I don't see what else creative has for him.

Whyyyyyyy??
If Dustin is retired by this time next year...and he probably will be...then man, fuck WWE for not giving him one last WrestleMania singles match. He deserves it. One of the most underrated of all time, DEFINITELY one of the best workers of all time.

It'd be a real bummer if the match never happens. I'd settle for a a quick grudge match, but this thing could've been built up to be a Piper/Goldust level. Real disappointing on a lot of levels. Not just the Goldust side of things, but even the simple ideal of having well constructed matches built on personal issues. This could've been a great mid-card feature. Something they're lacking!

Was listening to The Bauer & Pollok Show and they talked about Triple H's Wrestlemania entrance. Hadn't seen/heard this anywhere else...
Should be... interesting.
Spoilers: (Highlight to reveal)
Apparently it's going to be a Terminator inspired entrance as part of a partnership deal with WWE and the new movie.

- 2nd Annual Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal (Kickoff Match)
The legacy of WWE Hall of Famer Andre the Giant will loom large at WrestleMania 31, as a legion of Superstars will enter Levi’s® Stadium with the goal of winning the 2nd Annual Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal as part of WrestleMania Kickoff.
So far, the following competitors have added their names to this year’s Andre the Giant Battle Royal lineup:
The Miz
Curtis Axel
Ryback
Fandango
Adam Rose
Zack Ryder
Jack Swagger
Titus O’Neil
Darren Young
Big Show
Kane
Erick Rowan
Damien Mizdow
Sin Cara
Goldust
Heath Slater
Mark Henry
Konnor
Viktor
Which other Superstars will join the fray as the WWE Universe races down The Road to WrestleMania? And once the match field is final, which Superstar will find the strength and intestinal fortitude to outlast the pack of grapplers, brawlers and juggernauts on the Kickoff?
- NXT Superstar Hideo Itami wins WrestleMania Axxess tournament for a spot in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal
SAN JOSE, Calif. — Hideo Itami is going to WrestleMania. Though he’s only been in WWE NXT — and America — for six months, the Japanese sensation has made an immediate impact since arriving. It was no different at the first session of WrestleMania Axxess tonight, where Itami won a four-man tournament to earn a spot in the prestigious Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal this Sunday at WrestleMania.
Itami defeated former NXT Champion Adrian Neville in the semi-finals of the tournament. That win earned the Japanese star a spot in the finals against his friend and occasional tag team partner Finn Bálor, who beat Tyler Breeze in the other semi-final match. It was the first time the two friends met since they clashed in the semi-finals of an NXT Championship No. 1 Contender’s Tournament, where Bálor emerged victorious.
Itami and Bálor had WWE fans at Axxess swarming around the ring to catch a glimpse of a high-octane struggle. In the end, the Japanese Superstar put his friend away with a running dropkick to punch his ticket to WrestleMania. The magnitude of this opportunity isn’t lost on Itami. He almost couldn’t believe that he was heading to The Show of Shows.

It's a shame because the original WZ article mistakenly said that Balor had won.

So, who's everybody got?
- Roman Reigns
- Sting
- John Cena [US title]
- The Undertaker
- Seth Rollins
- Bryan Danielson [IC title]
- The Bella Twins
- SHAMOUS [Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal]
- Cesaro & Tyson Kidd [Tag Team titles]
Some pretty tricky matches. Brock Lesnar re-signing makes a title defense so tantalizing, but can you really take Reigns all that way just to make him a loser? Maybe The Rock factors in somehow to start that Wrestlemania 32 build? I don't see a DQ win happening for Reigns, but a double turn makes a lot of sense. They could have Reigns fall short, give Lesnar a run through 2015, then give Reigns the rematch shine at Summerslam (or Royal Rumble 2016), getting the benefit of the long term chase and freeing him up for a Rock match. But he's got three years, so who knows. I don't think Rollins cashes MITB in at Mania. Maybe a tease?
Not expecting much to write home about in terms of wrestling, but when you put the disappointing build to the side, there's big spectacle top to bottom. Should be interesting.

Oh, man. The Memorial Battle Royal was great!
The IC video makes me want to believe!
Spoilers: (Highlight to reveal)
Did not see another Cesaro run! That was pretty good! Ryback was a contender I forgot, but did well. Miz/Sandow split went really well. It feels rote, but by virtue of the fact that it never happens - I really dig the Big Show win! Great finish. Loved the Sandow/Big Show face-off. The open arena daylight gave it an interesting look, too.

WWE Network has a TV MA cartoon coming, a Jerry Springer "Too hot for TV" show, and something from the director of Jackass. Which leads me to wonder...
Spoilers: (Highlight to reveal)
Was the return of the NWO & DX during Sting v Triple H one last hurrah for the 90s -- or the beginning of a fresh run? Sting lost. That's a bummer. Solid affair, though. Can Sting & the nWo find a fifth man by November? Is it all about the Monday Night War now? Does Sting keep crusading? Does he recruit and mentor from the current roster (ie; Dolph Ziggler)? Or is this really the end of Sting?
Nice match. Different energy than I expected. Would like to see more TV come of it. Recalls some of the chaotic, livewire energy they don't have right now.

Spoilers: (Highlight to reveal)
Didn't see the preshow, but love that the Masters of the Universe won, Natalya is looking so hot <3
Hate that Show won the Battle Royal, Axel, Ryback and Sandow would have made more sense.
Ladder match was fun, thought Bryan was gonna win but wanted BNB or Ambrose to win but not unhappy with the result.
Orton V Rollins could have went either way but that RKO ending was silky smooth.
Sting V HHH. That terminator entrance was fucking awful. Was I the only one that heard the crowd laugh? Other than that nWo Vs DX thing was awesome, Totally was thinking they would have Chyna run in (man can dream) really surprised that HHH won. Like wow. Glad it was the dirtiest win. This is how the WCW invasion should have been. With Goldberg, Flair and non pervy DDP.
Why do they do live concert shite? The crowd is always dead and this really wasnt fun to listen to.
Liked the Divas match, The Bellas look half decent and Pai-J always brill.
Rusev entrance was awesome. Like fuck me only needed Stalin propoganda in the titantron and it would be perfect. Fun match between him and Cena, <3 Lana. Thought Cena would win, wanted Rusev to win. Enjoy your time in the mid card Rusev.
HHH/Rock segment, this was fun to watch. Again was wanting Chyna to run out but Ronda Rousey had me giggling, especially when Steph was talking smack. I really liked this segment to watch. So cringy and then fun pay off. Rock V HHH at WM32 sounds a plan.
Shame it was still quite bright for Wyatt/Taker. Wanted Wyatt to win, but Taker actually looked in good(ish) shape. Good match and Wyatt was a pure joy to watch with his facial expressions.
Brock V Reigns. Thought they were going to do a repeat of Summerslam but Reigns was going to be able to overcome the odds unlike Cena. Which probably would have killed Reigns. Having Rollins cash in was brilliant (Still kinda think that it would have been better if he curb stomped the champ while they are doing that crying into the belt whilst on their knees pose) They can now rebuild Reigns seeing as he is the "future" and actually make him a bit more likeable.

One of the best WrestleManias in quite some time. Thoroughly enjoyed the show. I think all of the matches were great and had memorable moments.
First thing that comes to mind was that Ronda Rousey spot was amazing. It was unexpected, fun, exciting, and who else to be with then The Rock. She would be such a legit Diva's Champion and elevate the division if she decides to come to WWE in a few years. Love Ronda Rousey and I can't wait to see her in the WWE.
Sting losing to HHH, is OK, in my opinion, with the finish they gave the match. DX and NWO in the same ring. They made Sting look really strong kicking out of two Pedigrees, a Sweet Chin Music, and interference from the other DX member who he took out all of them. They shaking hands afterwards was pretty cool. This does not hurt Sting's legacy one bit.
Happy that Bryan gets the IC Title, and elevates its status now. Cena with the US means that gets recognized more too, and I think Rusev will move on to better things. He's hot right now.
Undertaker rightfully beat Bray Waytt. That's all I got to say about that.
Reigns vs Lesnar was really, really good considering all the doubt and hate that went into it. Lesnar looked like a beast all the entire match (#SuplexCity) and made Reigns look like a kid with guts that can also take punishment. There was no way in hell Reigns was beating Lesnar, but I think people can respect Reigns more now which is what WWE wanted.
Seth Rollins I agree with. Shit had me going bananas when they played his music. The guy has the look, mic skills, in-ring work, and is a full-time performer. I think it's time the WWE Champ is a full-time performer. But it should lead to a really sick feud with Lesnar (face) and Rollins. Where Reigns goes from here is interesting.
