No thanks, I already got some avatars stored in my computer. I only have a question. How do I change my avatar to an image I've saved on my computer? I know I have to go to settings and click the "change icon" button, but what do I have to do from there?

In my experience, it had to come from a URL. I recommend opening your browser, upload the photo somewhere (tweet it on twitter or Facebook album for example), open image in new tab (in which there should be the picture and nothing else) and copy the URL into the slate you get when you choose "change icon".

Ah, when I said it works, I meant more like "the avatar shows up properly!", 'cause I've never changed my avatar in this way before.
