Twilight is the straight man of the group (most of the time). Every team needs a Bud Abbott to play off of.

My thoughts exactly. Comedies tend to be better when one "normal" person looks at the madness and wonders, WTF's going on?

well......that's all the convincing I needed XD
Okay, now I understand that "Ponygeist" billboard I've seen.
I thought it was a *very* odd reference for a kids' show,
but I see now this show also has an older (and male) following as well.
Kinda reminds me of Powerpuff Girls in that regard...

The developer for MLP: FiM is Lauren Faust, who worked on The Powerpuff Girls, as a storyboard artist, writer, director and supervising director, to be exact.

MK may have won fighting game of the year, but HERE COMES A NEW CHALLENGER!

Of course, I've heard of that game, it'll probably be the best game among the brony community.
It's been almost 2 months since I've been assimilated into the herd, and these ponies still consume my mind, I cannot stop thinking about them most of the time, they are so adorable. When I finally do manage to get my mind off them, I stop thinking about them till something reminds me of them, like this thread. But images of them affect me greater than just reading stuff about them, makes it much harder to stop thinking about them, like that post Jaded-Raven made in a certain thread in the MK 2011 forum. (JR's post was an image of Fluttershy.)
Pretty interesting, as nothing has ever consumed me like Friendship is Magic has. Must be their undeniable adorableness and cuteness.....those eyes.

Ponify
Ponify: An add-on that makes the whole internet use pony lingo! There's a how-to video tutorial in the page.
Here's the address in case the link above doesn't work. (First time using links.)
http://pterocorn.blogspot.com/2011/10/ponify.html
Ponify works best with Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome/Chromium. This add-on detects certain words and replaces them with their ponified equivalents, such as everybody is replaced with everypony, hand/foot = hoof, Dr. Who = Dr. Whooves.
If you ever get tired of ponify (You traitor!), or just wanna turn it off for some reason it, can be turned off relatively quickly in the add-ons bar at the upper right corner. You can even add your own replacements for words that are not initially included in the replacement list (a list for some stuff below). You can choose to color-highlight ponified words, or you can use the tooltips, which allows you to see the un-ponified word when you hover your mouse over the word, and you can choose to enable Pseudo Threading if the add-on is causing things to run slowly. (Pseudo Threading loads the page first and then scans the page for any words in your replacement list.)
You have a website list and can add websites to the list, you can choose how the add-on interprets the list, as a blacklist, or a whitelist. Any websites in the blacklist will NOT be affected by Ponify, any websites in a whitelist WILL be Ponified and all others will not. I personally use the blacklist, and blacklisted the MLP:FiM websites I visit, as things can become confusing for a number of reasons. Though I think the whitelist is a little broken or something for me, as it doesn't really work, nothing is ponified, so I suggest using the blacklist instead. The add-on is most fun when everything is ponified.
Here's a list of words that you can add to the replacement list (if they aren't already there):
american - amareican
americans - amareicans (america - amareican is already included)
dollar - bit
dollars - bits
cash - bits
eat - graze on
eating - grazing on
ate - grazed on
facebook - ponybook
facepalm - facehoof
footprint (and handprint, along with fingerprint) - hoofprint
footprints (and handprints, along with fingerprints) - hoofprints
halloween - nightmare night
kid - yearling
kids - yearlings
only human - only equine
a pony - an equine
the cake is a lie - the cake is a lyra
go to hell - get banished to the moon
fuck - buck
fucking - bucking
fucked - bucked
fucker - bucker
Remember, whoever is reading this, you are unknowingly using pony lingo! Muahahahahaha!!!

Even though it's been over 3 months since being hit with the Orbital Friendship Beam, these ponies continue to stay in my mind. It's hard to forget about them, I usually forget when I play my PS3, but then I'll remember and they'll stay in my mind again. It has gotten to a point where, if I can remember my dream, I remember my dream having something about MLP:FiM, though it's always something subtle. Something like a pony toy sitting on a table, or a poster on the wall.

Somehow this one show of ponies has corrupted the minds of millions and counting. Screw that, I'm a rebel.
