Wolverine would give Baraka a beat down. Try these MK vs X-Men matchups that I don't think have been mentioned yet...
-Kano vs Cyclops
-Ermac vs Jean Grey
-Moloch vs Beast
-Jax vs Bishop
-Shang Tsung vs Gambit
-Kintaro vs Juggernaut
-Scorpion vs Nightcrawler (they both can teleport)
-Raiden vs Storm... Hehe..
**MK vs Other Marvel characters**
-Nitara vs Blade (She's a vampire, he's a vampire killer, so I think it would be cool to see Blade kick her ass)
-Scorpion vs Ghost Rider
-Khameleon vs Invisible Woman
-Kenshi vs DareDevil
-Kano vs Cyclops
-Ermac vs Jean Grey
-Moloch vs Beast
-Jax vs Bishop
-Shang Tsung vs Gambit
-Kintaro vs Juggernaut

i think that several mk people would be able to take out juggernaut, namely raiden(hes a god remember) fujin (also a god) shang tsung and quan chi(specially with the armulet and the dragon kings army in tow), both stupidly powerfull soccerors and shinnock an elder god. remember that juggernaut is only a mutant and im sure all of the above could find away to breach his armour and force field with magical attacks.

Some other cool X-men MK matches:
Mystique vs Shang Tsung
Magneto vs Kenshi
Psylocke vs Ermac
Storm vs Rain
Mr. Sinister vs Quan Chi
Apocalypse vs Dragon King
Cable vs Stryker(just to whoop his ass)
Colossus vs Jax
Nightcrawler vs Reptile
Cyclops vs Kano
Omega Red vs Scorpion
Juggernaut vs Kintaro(or Moloch or Motaro)
But to answer your question, the match would never end, Wolverina can't die, and Baraka's an MK character, so he'll always come back

Dude there is no way they armor can break. It's indestuctable for a reason. He's been left floating in space for months on end and it had no affect on him. He 10 years under rumble crawling his way out. Caine is completly indestructable. Infact the only time he's come even close to death is when Onslought ripped the Cyttorak gem out of his body. As long as that gem is powered he's good to go.
As for how Wolverine got his heart ripped out, I don't remember who did it, but I do know it was Magneto would almost killed him when he ripped the adamantium from his bones.
Here's a really good X-Men related site for backround info on a majority of charecters that have appeared in X-Men
Uncanny X-Men

There are several Marvel characters that are basically immortal that (because of this) should not even be considered in matches against MK characters cause there is no way for any of the MK characters to beat them. Some of these are the "UNSTOPPABLE" (goddammit) Juggernaut, Wolverine, Mr. Sinister, Omega Red, Apocalypse and Onslaught (considering the entire marvel universe had to team up to take him down, I don't think one MK member is enough to even come close). There are other's but I'm not interested in writing out a huge, multi paged list of all the basically immortal charaters in Marvel.

Sorry, I must have missed this one. Yeah that WOULD be true if only one thing were holding that back: Any god in the MK universe would have to give up his/her goldy powers to take a human form. Hense the reason they can be defeated in the games. For them to be involved in "Mortal Kombat" they first have to become mortal.
Also, while I was sitting around thinking about this whole issue two things came to mind; and they are:
1. The best way to kill any of the X-Men is to have the mutant named Leech nearby. That way there powers become inactive, evening out the playing field. In the case of Wolverine, he loses he healing factor, but can still use his claws(although he probably would pass out from the pain without his healing).
2. Juggernaught technically isn't a mutant. He was born a normal guy and has no blood ties to Xavier (they are adopted step-brothers). So even with Leech around, Juggernaught still retains 100% of his power.

Juggernaut is not a mutant a SOS pointed out, his power comes from the magic power of the crimson gem of cyttorak which is bonded to him. His armor also originates from the same place the gem does, I'd admit that a sorceror or god would be the closest thing that would come to beating Juggernaut but his powers derive from magic as well and seeing as all of the above characters mentioned are defeatable in mortal kombat, sorry bud, Juggernaut still owns them all. And for everyone who keeps pairing Juggernaut matches with shokans or Motaro and moloch. Not even considering his other abilities, lets just look at size, JUGGERNAUT IS AROUND TWENTY FEET TALL!!! Explain to me how those are even viable matches?

Umm, that should debunk any questions. Size does matter.
raiden and fujin only have to become mortal to fight in mortal kombat not to go to earth, and do as they please. a good example of this is used in the films, raiden is not mortal in the first film but only appears human, he is still a god in annilhation then he becomes mortal. thats why he can be killed in the games because he has to be mortal to be in mortal kombat, any other time he is still a full on god.

Ok, first rule: The movies do not acount for shit. They broke enough rules of MK to get thown out. Secondly, Raiden doesn't fight anyone in the movies in his "god form". Also, the script constantly conrtadicted itself. Raiden states on the boat that his powers do not work on Tsung's island and that he won't be joining them. Yet he ends up going to the island anyway. He then says the same thing about going into Outworld, yet in the second flick he goes to Outworld. Finally, let's go over what exactly a god is. A god is an almighty entity, if a god wishes to come to Earth it must take a vessel. This has been the rule from everything from Greek mythology to Kevin Smith's Dogma. And the same downfall in all of these is that the vessel is mortal. So let's say Raiden was to take a vessel and fight The Juggernaught, that body can be mortally wounded. I don't care how many times he would come back in a fresh new body, he's always going to lose.
Damn, where's JayboH when you need him. He's the Juggy expert, not me.
