Not that it matters, cause I don't believe that list is going to be true anyway (accept Lobo, of course). It would piss off way to many fans which would probably result in them now buying the DLC. It's just not smart from a business stand point. You want people to buy your DLC? Then give them what they want. Since day one people have been screaming for Martian Manhunter. I for one, believe we are going to get him.

That's exactly what I'm going by. I never heard of either before this game. in injustice sinestro's skin doesn't look purple to me and I got a Sinestro vibe from zod after googling him, even if it was from their facial hair. Either way I still don't want him.

I just googled Batgirl, Power Girl, and Zod. All terrible looking characters. Power Girl? That's the best name they could come up with? I'd vote for Swamp Thing, Killer Croc, and Black Manta. This Manhunter looks pretty cool and has a mass following. He'd be cool too.

Not too concerned about this. At least half a dozen characters who were actually in the game weren't even on that list, and as far as I know NRS doesn't put DLC data on their disks anyway, unlike some developers.

Please tell me how much better Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman or even Swamp Thing are for names. When it comes down to it, almost every superhero/villain name has its fair amount of cheese in it.

If This List is true then . . . .Really?(Miz Voice) . . . . . . . I mean seriously Batgirl & Zod? Already have too many Batman characters so what the hell? Not saying she isn't a good character herself but obviously she wasn't the first character on Ed & Co's mind when picking Batman characters which says alot about her relevance as A Key character in the Batman Universe.

Then General Zod . . . hmm it seems NetherRealm is pulling a Capcom by adding him to promote the Man Of Steel Movie just like they added Hawkeye in UMvC3 for the Avengers film. Now my question is why when many characters from the DC Universe could had taken these slots like hmm . . .. idk . .. . how about MARTIAN MANHUNTER? Whom was a founding member of the Justice League? Heck evern Starro the actual Starfish would be at least somewhat understandable since he was the JLA's first Villan they ever fought and heck if Capcom can make Shuma-Gorath playable I'm pretty confident NRS would do the same for Starro, but still more characters would come before Starro crossed there minds anyway, was just giving an example.

And finally Scorpion .. . . .You know I have to say I was kinda expecting this, I mean when you think about it I have a feeling NRS is going to do with Scorpion what Capcom did with Akuma/Gouki & thats when ever NRS makes a big game they are gonna add Scorpion in it in some shape or form but only as DLC/Unlockable/Secret Fight of course just like they did with Akuma/Gouki in the early 90's when he was in X-MEN:COTA, Cyberbots & such. Since NetherRealm purchased the Surreal Software that means they own the following series - Mortal Kombat, Joust, The Suffering, Wheelman & Spyhunter which means if any of these games get a sequal from NRS be sure to see Scorpion in some form in any of these and to me this game doesn't seem to be an exception.

All In All in short

Batgirl - If wasn't in main with the other Bat characters why now when there are so many bat characters already? = No

Zod - To Promote The Man Of Steel, Understandable but yet again more interesting characters. = No

Scorpion - The New Akuma/Gouki, A secret in this & future NRS games in some form. = No but expected so what the hell.

You're all aware that a poster on 4chan was the one who bullshitted this list and people believed it, and then it spread around like a virus? The 'leaked' rumored DLC is fake.

They come from files found in game...Not to mention the voice actors listed in the end credits. Patrick Seitz for example voiced Scorpion in the past, and doesnt voice any other character in the game. We even have the actors for the Portuguese dubbing in game that match that leaked voice actor list that was posted on the facebook page. That list included Lobo, Batgirl, Zod and Scorpion.

The list feels legit enough, though. I know that Boon keeps saying that they listen to fan requests, but if you look at MK's DLC, only the first character was a fan requested one... the other 3 were purely NRS' choices. So I get a feeling we'll see a repeat of that process. Lobo was requested a lot more than MM way in the beginning. It's only near the end that everyone jumped ship to the "We want MM in Injustice" side. By then, NRS probably already decided that Lobo was THE main man (nudge nudge wink wink) to put in as DLC to please the fans.

So yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if this was, indeed, our DLC.

Ofcourse, I wouldn't put it past them to respond to fan outcries when certain character still didn't make the list, and create a 2nd DLC character pack. The only question then is: how long does it take to make a character from scratch. Because I have a feeling that the DLC characters we're getting now, were finished or almost finished by the end of development.

Keep in mind that any 'unplanned' DLC character is going to take a lot of time, especially balancing him/her against the rest of the roster.

No, the fan requested character came out third. Skarlet, a newly created character who'd been teased during development before the game even came out, was the first release.
