Really looking forward to the season finale

Regarding Yao Fei

Spoilers: (Highlight to reveal)
I don't think hes dead, in an earlier episode when Ollie is training Diggle with those stick/Baton/Tonfa things diggle askss who taught hiim that and Ollie says "He was called Yao Fei" and Ollie hasn't done any training with Yao Fei with weapons, so either Yao Fei somehow survives or its a continuity error.
