Oh no... This doesn't play like Street Fighter, it is gimmicky...

Nightwing looks nice. He's a character I have recently found to be quite interesting and cool. I never liked Robin because of his costumes looking too bright and I'm no fan of capes, but as Nightwing he looks cool and he seems to be alot more independent. Also, I love the Kali Stick/Staff combination he's got going on. ^^

Has anyone noticed that the lighting and colors on the Future City stage look completely different from the last build we saw?

Its been mentioned that everybody says something different to everyone else during clash, not that any of these lines seem remarkably personalized.

This demo has a distinct lack of booyah.

Amazing job so far MKO on coverage and your Hero/Villain Lists!

Heroes: Martain Manhunter, Green Arrow, Dr. Fate, Nightwing, Hawkman, Atom, Black Canary, Sandman, The Question, and Aquaman

Villains: Scarecrow, Ra's Al Ghul, Sinestro, Black Atom, Gorilla Grodd, Amazo, Poison Ivy, Prometheus, Ragdoll, and Mirror Master.

Nightwing is 1/10 of your hero picks so there's one to score on for the 1st reveal. I really think ya'll have nailed roster closer to any other website to-date based on what's kinda expected, the only 2 I doubt we'll see from the hero side is Sandman/The Question but even they could be some extra thrown in goodies. As for the villain list, I'd doubt we'll see Prometheus and Ragdoll, yet they'd be greatly appreciated.

Now IMO, as a counter to the reveal of Nightwing/Cyborg; I'd guess we'll get 2 well known villains next, which I'm hoping does come from your list! I'd guess 1 expected/1 non-expected, furthermore I'll overall guess that Joker (Gadget) and probably another brute character like Gorilla Grodd (Power).

Then I think we'll get 2 females, being there is a big lack of females percentage-wise. I'd guess one hero and one villain, so my guess is Black Canary (Gadget) and Poison Ivy (Power).

I'd also guess that the last reveal will include Aquaman (Power)/Luthor (Gadget) just to troll us into thinking we'll get the whole Crapcom treatment like what happened with Mega Man not appearing in UMvC3. Yet Luthor, I'm starting to worry for because Cyborg really might have taken his spot unless he can pull some different moves out this time around. Also, with these SPECIFIC 2 reveals together, lol I fear for Static's possibility is now ruined for his fans, no offense, I just don't think he'd fit in anyways. I also think that Cyborg is the closest to anyother Teen Titans making the roster; yet they might think about Raven based on fan-requests.

Did anyone else notice in the gameplay footage that before the Bat-Computer got destroyed it now has other screens that are hard to view, the only one I can tell is Batman's now on it as well. It's as if every new video showcases some new screens on that computer in that stage. Anyone think we'll get more than just a Joker leak from it?

Hmm... two Teen Titans... Does this mean we could see other Teen Titans have some sort of a spot? Or appearance? I would definitely LOVE to see my favorite, Raven, make an appearance.

Tim Drake's Robin is what I'm waiting for. Nightwing's bo stance kinda worries me about Tim's inclusion. Might be a bit redundant gameplay wise. I think Tim Drake is a much better character that Dick tho. He'd be instant main.

Awesome inclusions. Can't wait to see some gameplay for both of them.

EDIT: Just saw some gameplay of them in action, and Nightwing definitely looks awesome. They are doing each character justice(pun intended) so far, and has me anticipating the final roster. I for one love the characters of Batman's franchise ever since I was a kid and have read a ton of the comics, so there's never too many Batman related characters for me. : ) Batman, Nightwing, and Harley so far are a great start. Joker is for sure gonna make it, and I hope to see at least 3 more villains(Two-Face, Ra's, Bane, Scarecrow, Clayface, Riddler, Ivy, Freeze, Croc would all make interesting choices imo) represented, as well as maybe Robin, Red Hood, or Catwoman...if not in the final roster, at least 1 more represented through DLC.

Like i mentioned before,They'll probably make tim's robin dick's alternate costume.Which is possible,even with different voice actors like MK9's human sektor/cyrax and the cyborg versions. It isn't ideal for a fan like you,but since iv'e been reading (New 52) Nightwing,i'm estatic about dick's inclusion.

Robin, not any particular Robin but the title in general tend to be a bit polarizing for people that enjoy DC outside of comics. I think he's seen as a "kiddy" type character so they just wanted to include bits of Robin in Nightwing. Which is why I think he uses the bo. He might have a Robin alt. but it's definitely going to still be Nightwing.

Well Robin did have a brief cameo in the mini-comic that came with MKvsDCU, along with Goro, Johnny Cage, and Aquaman. I always got the impression those little cameos were characters they wanted in the game but couldn't fit or would've made as DLC if they'd had the chance. So I think NRS likes him enough that they might include him as an alt costume for Dick.

Well i know they were going to make quan chi and harley dlc for MKvsDC.But then when midway chicago went under it didn't happen.At least i think that's what happened.

So far I'm not disappointed by this roster.

This game keeps looking better and better, nightwing looks very fun to play and cyborg looks pretty cool too!

Yeah, Quan and Harley would've been first if DLC hadn't been cancelled, but I'm sure there would've been like two, maybe even four more characters after them too.
